I ordered 3 sets of flowers for 3 different addresses. I made an error on one of the addresses. I emailed a requested change was acknowledged and made quickly and accurately... great service, thank you. Everyone loved their flowers.

Birthday bouquet for my wifes 50 th absolutely lovely flowers, really please only down side is no card inside so she didnt have a clue who they were from. Which was disappointing for her and me as she had 3 other bouquets delivered and could contact them to say thank you. Are we put off? Maybe a little

I ordered the flowers for my Wife's funereal the day before, and they arrived on time, I think the company are excellent, and the flowers were everything my wife would have loved. Once again a very good job done.

Had never used this site before but was very impressed with the user friendly instructions. Flowers were delivered the very next day to my lovely friend who had just returned from hospital after having a full knee replacement. Thought the flowers would be a larger arrangement, even tough the larger bouquet was chosen. Colours were vibrant.

I had to change delivery date and it was promptly dealt with. Delivery had to be re-delivered next day and that was dealt with promptly. I was kept up to date via e-mail at all stages. All in all excellent service

I was able to order flowers on a Sunday for next day delivery on a Monday. I was informed by email when the flowers had been delivered and my sister-in-law sent me a photo of them and they are lovely. Very fresh and pretty.

The flowers were for my friend she posted a photo on FB and they were gorgeous she was really delighted with them so thank you.
