Ordered Flowers online for delivery for Saturday, never arrived, emailed them some kind a problem with the delivery date. So they ask me to pick another day for delivery my choice so I picked the Monday nope they cant do that date so now I have to wait until Wednesday before my mum gets her flowers. Never again will I use this company.

Ordered a supposed deluxe bouquet for Mums birthday and paid extra for specified delivery so they could be handed to her but left on doorstep. Bouquet nothing like described or pictured and flowers dying or in dying buds, plus bouquet mainly leaves. Really upset as I could have got a better, cheaper bouquet from my local petrol station and delivered them myself!
This is the second time I have used Serenata flowers. Excellent value for money both times recipient has been really pleased with the flowers.

I can only repeat the comments of the recipients, as I ordered the flowers but haven't seen them. I was told they were really fresh and nicely in bud ready to open, rather than overblown blooms that don't last. Serenata are very reasonably priced and with a free delivery service I believe excellent value for money.
I first ordered flowers from Serenata in November to be delivered for my Aunt's funeral. I was told the flowers were lovely.
I have recently placed numerous orders for flowers to be delivered to family and friends for Christmas in the UK (I live in the US). The follow up was extraordinary. I had put the incorrect street number on one of the orders and they contacted me to get the correct number. They also notify you when they are out for delivery and when they have been delivered and the recipients seem very happy with the flowers. I would highly recommend Serenata. My only complaint would be their website for contacting them. I found that really hard to navigate.
Cheaper doesn't always men better and in the case of my delivery that was exactly that, my delivery was to a lovely lady who was leaving our company BUT they didn't arrive within business hours, so no bouquet, its my fault apparently as they can deliver until 9 pm in the small print, customer services offered on solution, no refund and no credit, basically no help what so ever I will be avoiding in the future and moving back to reputable organisation, looking at the other feedback through this site I'm am not alone, my last thought is how I was treated, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO HELP DISAPOINTING IN EVERY ASPECT

Ordered flowers for my elderly sister moving from Scotland to Droithwich flowers were left on someone else veranda which they returned to delivery company could they not try someone else in block even the caretaker and if you want them delivered again you have to pay so no flowers for my sister wont use again oh the company did offer 50% off
I bought the flowers to send to my mum for Christmas. She wasn't in when they were delivered, but they were left safely inside her porch. She was delighted with the selection and quality of the flowers, which should hopefully last for a couple of weeks.

Cant comment on the flowers as I havent seen them. However, personally I think the delivery times need to be made clearer on the website. Ordered 2 bouquets and it wasnt until I completed the order that a box appeared saying they might not be delivered until 9pm (which was useless for an office address that was only open for normal office hours) They tried to deliver at 6.30pm when nobody was there, luckily someone was working later the following day as they were finally delivered at 5.30pm. After this experience and having read some of the latest reviews I think I'd order elsewhere next time
