The flowers did not arrive by stated time, even though I had paid for a morning slot. When they did arrive the flowers were ok but didn't look as fresh as they could have done.
I ordered a Christmas basket for my elderly mother. I sent her an email to check that the basket had arrived, and she replied to say that the earth and plants were falling out onto the floor. She was very upset. I contacted Seranata, who were quick to offer a replacement. My sister was there to see this second basket of plants, which had not actually been planted. They had been taken out of pots, shoved into a basket and then covered in moss. If the basket was moved the plants fell out. I should have taken the refund. I will not be using this outfit again.
Such a lovely website and easy to use. Lots of choice. Ordered flowers and chocolates on Sunday and they were delivered on the Monday morning. Recipient was delighted and said the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Wont use anyone else going forward.

There were meant to be 5 freesias and 5 greens. However, there one only 2 freesias and 2 greens and no replacements which was a real disappointment. Other than that delivery was good and the roses were nice.
All my recipients sent me photo's of their flowers and they looked spectacular! Also they all liked the way the care instructions were written. The communication by Serenata Flowers was excellent, especially when I realised I'd put the wrong delivery date in. It was amended and confirmation sent immediately. Also, "out for delivery" and "delivered" emails very useful information.
Altogether I couldn't be happier. Thank you Serenata Flowers.

I was so pleased with the service I received. I made the order which was very easy. Had a confirmation email confirming order. Then received a confirmation email of the time they were being delivered, and again when they were delivered. Plus no delivery fee. When the family member received them she sent a picture and they were lovely flowers. Will use Serenata Flowers again.
I ordered sympathy flowers for friend who had lost their mother believing the order would be delivered the following day. I ordered on a Friday knowing they would be at home the following day. Four days later still no flowers which are still "out for delivery". On contacting customer service I have received an apology and an offer to redeliver a "fresh bouquet" from the 27.12.2017 - 12 days after the initial order was placed and three weeks after my friend lost their mother. On ordering they take contact details to let you know if their is a problem with the order but no one contacted me regarding the problem, the only e-mail I have received is a request to fill out this feedback form! Only sensible option go somewhere else that can deliver in reasonable time and not use this company again
Flowers were nice and delivered on time, thought I'd buy the expensive ones for my fiancé's birthday but they didn't last 3 days so nearly £70 for your best bunch and probably would off been better off with the cheap ones of I knew they wasn't going to last that long.

Ordered flowers for a friends funeral four days in advance, kept getting emails saying their courier could not deliver the flowers? Have been on holiday come back and found out the flowers did not get to the undertaker in time to make the funeral. Will not use this company again.
I have previously sent several gifts for birthdays and Christmas and everyone comments, how lovely they are. I am so impressed with the service, I am constantly informed of the dispatch and delivery to the recipients.
It's also really good value for money and delivered free of charge.

Seranata provide an excellent service, confirming the status of order with wonderful emails. Ordering process is easy and any queries are answered promptly. Was not happy with my order, I payed £30 and the flowers were awful and I was very let down as these were for my mums 50th birthday! I will be asking for a refund.
