Ordered flowers to say thank you to my sister. Ordering online was easy and they arrived as promised the next day. My sister was delighted with them and sent me a picture. They looked lovely and just like the photo on the website.
The flowers arrived on schedule. Price was better than comparable competitors. The bouquet looked completely different (Choice of flowers, artistic value of arrangement, COLOURS) than at the picture of your product TWILIGHT. The choice of colours was actually meaningful to the event and this is why I was a bit upset. You can have a picture of the flowers to get the proof of deviation from the product I had ordered. This should not happen.

Whilst I was very pleased with the easiness of use that the web site offered and the quickness of delivery, I would expect an order that cost over £40 to have lasted longer than a day before dying. I dont expect the courier leaving the box in direct 30 degrees heat for an unknown amount of time would have done the flowers any good either.

Went with this company as they offered next day free delivery ordered on a Saturday and the delivery slot was Sunday evening, received email with delivery slot but the flowers never arrived. Delivery rearranged for Monday following an email from me explaining they had not arrived, this time I received a text from dpd ( as I originally expected), with a link to track the flowers. I dont believe they were even out for delivery on the Sunday as promised. The flowers did eventually arrive and I was refunded. But not great delivery
I ordered flowers for a friend that lived some distance away so I havent actually see the results but my friend has informed me that the bouquet is beautiful. The ordering process was easy and flowers arrived on the date requested.
Ordered flowers for a funeral and they were never delivered. Said they tried but no one was at the funeral home, really? Contacted them when they told me this and their answer was like "oh well" no guarantee we can get them there even though this was Saturday and the funeral is on Monday.

I ORDERED ORCHIDS FOR MY SUSTERS 80TH BIRTHDAY
THey arrived on time but the stems were so short below the flower heads you had to immerse the FLOWERS in the water too. Which was a huge Shame as they were lovely
