Really good i strongly recommend! Easy to use and fast, perfect for trip
It's all too difficult! Booking flights, what size cabin bag is permitted, extra cost if putting into the hold. Masses of stairs and long walks in the airport carrying your bags. My husband and I have had enough. My suitcase was collected from my home and arrived a day after we arrived here in Spain. All my shampoos, sun creams etc., travelled in the case along with new beach towels, clothes, shoes and all the things we usually cannot carry in our cabin bags. It's the greatest service and one we will use regularly when travelling to our home in Spain or when visiting the family in London. Reliable and slick! It's magic. Not to mention cheaper than putting into hold on a flight... far cheaper. I could not recommend it any higher.

We needed to send 2 boxes in advance, due to our move to France. Very smooth pick up; very smooth tracking; all boxes arrived on time and unharmed. I would definitely re-use sendmybag. Short advice: make sure to follow the instruction (very clear) on how to pack well and what not to put in your boxes BEFORE starting to pack.

I sent 2 large suitcases when I I was relocating to uk. Door to door service was quick and efficient. Steps on site were easy to follow. Price seemed a little expensive and then there was an extra tax added during when the bags arrived in the uk.

Very happy with final results. Once i had spoken to customer service and sorted out paperwork the service worked very well. As i was sending on behalf of someone who had travelled i just needed some pointers. The people i dealt with, both on line (chat) and over the phone were very helpful, polite and friendly. I had too much luggage so we parcelled up stuff in a cardboard box and it was picked up in the UK and delivered to my door in Sydney. In around a 7 day period.

Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
