I ordered a bouquet, balloons, and medium sized box of chocolates to be delivered in the same town as where I live. I expected the product to come from a florist, but was surprised to find out that they came from Safeway & King Soopers, and the chocolates were Russell Stover. I'm not a big snob, and I know these businesses do a fine job, but I could have just picked up these items myself and saved about $50. I was expecting my order to be sent to a florist shop with a higher quality of chocolates than this. Lesson learned!
Said the flowers were delivered but never received them. Very expensive to not receive. They did offer to resend but the moment was missed, now fighting for a refund. Dont recommend
Don't use this site. Total waste of money. I regret that I didn't look at reviews. Now out $70 and still no flowers. Please pass the word on to avoid getting scammed by these thieves.

I am so disappointed. I could not be in person on my her special day, so I thought on sending her flowers. I was with a customer representative supervisor over the phone so many times. The last supervisor told me they didn't even have the message that I already wrote when I placed the order.I was so sad.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on a particular day and they were not. That's one. I can say the customer service was fast and courteous. So my delivery was late and then I got this itty bitty teeny weenie little bouquet that cost me $75. That was after their "$10" discount. Never again!
Avoid this company! Paid $126 for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a funeral just to be told they don't have a florist in that town. They said they would refund my money, but never did. Horrible company!
Avoid this scam of a company. Flowers delivered two days late, not at all what was ordered, and customer service is non-existent. The automated phone service doesn't even work correctly. Complete trash from start to finish.
I ordered a flower arrangement for my best friend's funeral. The funeral home never received them. I called, and they resent it. It was not the arrangement I ordered. The flowers even looked old. Not satisfied at all. Look at the difference. I wouldn't even give it one star but I had no choice.
False advertising. What they send is completely different than the images they provide on their website. I understand that they may have to offer substitutions but when you order and pay a mixed rose bouquet and they send a few spring tulips, (and don't even include one rose in the bouquet) I feel like I got scammed and that it was a money grab. Do not trust this company. The only positive thing I can say is that they did deliver on time and when I complained, they gave me a 30% refund, so I got $12.84 back.
Order a bouquet of Iris and Freesia received mums (wilted), roses(wilted) and some leaves. I only ordered from them because of the Freesia. Not as advertised and no phone call to let me know they were substituting other flowers. I would have told them no. I could have picked this up at the flower shop at the grocery store.
I ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral. I made sure to do the live chat before placing the order and was insured that there would be no issues with the flowers arriving before the funeral as funeral orders take top priority. I messaged before it started when I noticed it hadn't been delivered and was told they were contacting the local florist and would contact me when it was delivered, but that does me absolutely no good when the funeral is about to start. I message again after the funeral when we are driving to the burial and confirm that no flowers were delivered and now the funeral is over and I want a refund. This was on 2/20/23 and so far no refund as they promised. The pic shows them responding 3 hours and 22 minutes after the funeral was over insuring me it was going to be delivered.

I've included a picture of the flowers I ordered compared to what was sent, not even close plus notice the dying tulip. All I got was a$15 refund and an apology from this company and they said the florist apologized. I would not recommend them, I was very disappointed.
The flowers were the best flowers I have sent to my wife in the 42 years we have been married. She loved them
On February 6,2023 I ordered a bouquet of roses, chocolate, and a teddy bear as a gift for Valentine's Day for my fiancée. The gift was expected to be delivered on the 14th per the expected shipping date on the website. The total cost was 88.30. Unfortunately my fiancée never received the gift as expected and according to the website the items were never shipped. I was unable to reach anyone by phone, live chat, or Facebook messenger. Later on the evening of the 14th I came across a Facebook page where other victims of this company had some of the same issues I had experienced. I left a comment and a representative reached out to me with an apology and promised me a refund. I received a refund in the total amount of 21.30,67.00 less than the amount owed back. I acknowledged the amount I received but told them I expected the rest in full.
Afterwards the company reached back out give me the remaining refund.
Sent me the original order free of no charge but, the order was terrible Roses was dying and molded.

Placed order on Monday for delivery on Thursday. Received email regarding delayed until Friday. I called for status on Friday morning to later find out they don't have any service in the area. Unacceptable service. They failed to immediately inform me no service. Failed to deliver a sympathy bouquet to a colleague. EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT ANY BETTER! UNRELIABLE DO NOT ORDER IF YOU WANT TO HAVE BEREAVEMENT FLOWERS!
By far the worse bouquet of flowers I've ever received. Cheap flowers, very sparce, I could have found a better bouquet in a supermarket. Total rip off. I'll never use this company again.
My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day for same-day shipping, we never received the flowers, and after numerous calls to the company over a few days, they just kept giving us the runaround. Had to file fraud on our account to get our money back.
It is not correct and it should not even be legitimate to charge and guarantee the delivery of a bouquet of flowers for Valentine's Day and instead deliver it the evening of the following day. I cannot accept the excuse that it is a day with an excessive workload, if they are not able to honor the contract they should not accept it. At the very least they could have warned me about the risk of not being able to respect the agreements. It was up to me to decide whether to take the risk or not, not to them.

Promised a full refund and to still deliver order, they didn't issue a full refund or deliver the order.
My husband ordered a few days before Valentines day, flowers were never received. Today, the day after Valentines, flowers were delivered. The roses, looked as they sat out and some of the petals were already falling off as I cut the ends to put in the water. The arrangement was $49.99, plus $4.99 for a tiny ballon, $14.99 for delivery, a total of $79.54. The picture advertised shows roses in a see-through glass vase, but they came in a roller up plastic, no vase. I told my husband that he should have gotten them at the corner stand for the horrible arrangement and the non-existent Valentines day delivery. Calling to request a refund!
