They said 6pm at the latest i started getting nervous after reading reviews so i chose to chat with them i got transfered to a supervisor threw live chat as i was talking to him my mother sent a picture at 7:50pm of the flowers and sweets i told him they came and thanked him they refunded me the weekend charge fee and i didnt ask for that the company cant control the florist or delivery however the customer care was good thank you luige eric and lander lee
I placed an order on their website. I was sent a "Delivered" email. I went to follow up with company and I was told it won't be delivered until 4 days after my initial delivery date. Why send a confirmation of delivery if the flowers were never delivered!
Quickly offered 30% back for 12.00 refund. This is supposed to be the premium flower arrangement. Don't waste your money!
This arrangement, is embarrassing. They need to fire the florist who did this. I could do a better arrangement from my garden. I am embarrassed that l sent 2 arrangement to a hospital prior to this arrangement and if they look like this l'm embarrassed. You'll never get my money again. I'll pay more for better quality.

Cost $60 was not delivered today. It was my girlfriends birthday gift. I will never use your service again. I will file a grievance with the BBB. Poorest quality service.
On May 2,2023 I ordered a bouquet for a colleague for a new baby boy. The item I ordered is called, "Baby Boy Footprints Bouquet". I was charged $68 for the bouquet with one new baby Mylar balloon. The bouquet was supposed to be delivered on May 6. It was never delivered, however I received an email, where they said that the flowers had been delivered to my recipient. When I contacted them, they offered me a 10% discount and a delivery on the following day. The flowers were not delivered the following day either and I received another email from them saying that they were unable to deliver the flowers because the florist did not have the blue baby boy footprint vase available. For that, they offered to deliver the next day. In the meantime, tonight some flowers were delivered, that look nothing like the picture. In the picture, they had the following description:
• White Daisy Poms
• White Mini Carnations
• Purple Statice
• Yellow Lilies
• Themed Blue Ceramic Vase
What was delivered, were 2 sunflowers and few yellow flowers, in a clear cheap glass vase. When I called them back, they said that "slight variations are possible and stated on our website".
These people are unbelievably fraudulent.
Avoid this business at any cost.
Ordered a deluxe tulip and rose bouquet with balloon, received a small daisy bouquet with no balloon. Customer service was not helpful in assisting to get a full refund or the bouquet I ordered. Satisfaction is not guaranteed. Will not be ordering from them again. There are a lot of other options available that are not a scam and actually give you what you pay for.
Do not order a premium graduate bouquet which website picture shows nice variety of flowers that local florist would send. I paid $45.00 and they delivered the cheapest white flowers possible plus a few decent colorful sprigs sticking into it. I thought it would be large bouquet with a nice variety of flowers since I paid the top price. So disappointing since I couldn't make my niece's graduation in person. The balloons and chocolates were fine but I could have bought a much nicer bouquet for that price.
I ordered flowers 2 days before they were to be delivered; when they weren't delivered by 4 pm, I called and they said they would be delivered by 6 pm. When they weren't delivered by 6 pm I called again and they said they were late but would be delivered by 7 pm. When I called again, they told me the previous rep was incorrect, they were never going to be delivered by 7 pm and offered me a 10% discount and said they would be delivered tomorrow! I told them that was unacceptable; my anniversary is today, not tomorrow and I didn't want them if they couldn't deliver them today, So, they offered a 30% discount to get them delivered tomorrow but if they couldn't make it with 2 days notice, I doubt they would make it tomorrow? Once I told them I wanted a refund, they had to get management approval, which took another 10 minutes! I will never do business with them again!
On two occasions I have ordered flowers & paid for expedited delivery both times the website showed delivery but that was not true which they admitted when I called. Both times they said they couldn't get ahold of the florist but would ensure delivery the next day. Only after being on phone for a long time & threatening to dispute charge with my credit card company did they agree to process my refund. Horrible customer service
Title says it all. Didn't deliver in the window it said it would at the latest. Wouldn't recommend paying extra for same day delivery or relying on this venue to make a day special.
The order was not delivered on time, I changed the date. They still delivered on the wrong date and they delivered tulips verses roses and a teddy bear. Buyer beware, this is not a company you want to use.I ordered Oceanic blue and purple roses i received red tulips.

My brother was in the hospital and I wanted to send an arrangement to cheer him up. I usually use 1800flowers and have always been extremely satisfied. However, sendflowers had this adorable BeeWellSoon arrangement that I just loved, so I decided to take a chance. Mistake! I paid extra for same day delivery on Wed 4/12. Shortly after placing the order I received an email that my arrangement wasn't in stock, so a substitution was made - with no description of what it would be. (I thought that's why you gave them delivery info up front...) Their website says delivery by 5, however, I never heard from my brother that it was received, so I texted him Thursday morning - so much for surprise. Still hadn't received it and he was being released early. I called customer service and they offered to send it to his home. What's the point now? Fortunately, they did agree to give me a refund. Later I received a text from my brother that he did get an arrangement as he was checking out, but it barely resembled what I ordered. No get well theme at all. (Right-ordered, left - received) Just a disappointment all the way around. Needless to say, I will not use them again and definitely do not recommend!
A flower arrangement with plastic eggs floating in the water would have been darling delivered to my mother the day before Easter. Arriving the day after, it's a useless gesture from an insincere, poorly organized daughter. Please, SendFlowers, don't do this to us.
I requested 2 orders for my kids in TX & CO. Tx fine, but CO not delivered on correct date and not what I ordered. They gave a credit, but I want a refund because I don't intend to use their services again.
Ordered flowers for relative's funeral. Despite telling rep the bouquet must be at location by 11 a.m. and was told funerals were a top priority, the bouquet did not arrive. I called and was told flowers were delayed due to a UPS mixup and they were delivering today - the day AFTER the funeral. I asked for a refund and was turned down. They said they'd prepare a fresh bouquet and deliver to the home. Flowers arrived haphazard and in a mason jar. None of the tulips or iris had opened. Flowers were jammed into the jar.
I was under the impression that the flowers I ordered would be sent fresh the day I wanted them delivered. However, what I didn't expect was for them to be sent in a box the day after I wanted them delivered. Not only in a box, but half wilted and they look like weeds, no color to them at all. The picture I was referring to when I bought them was very deceiving. On top of that, I ordered a $10 box of chocolates and it's a lousy box of FOUR pieces! Definitely not spending the $90 again for Send Flowers.
Total SCAM of a company! My order never came after 2 weeks of waiting for a "next day delivery". I called 3 times and was promised that my order would be delivered the very next day. They refunded my next day delivery fee but still never got it. I called for the 3rd time requesting a FULL REFUND and they offered 20%. I said "No, absolutely not. I am not paying 80% for something I never received." Then they said 30% and I told them I am not bargaining with my money and again, I am not paying for product I didn't receive. They finally talked to a "Senior Manager" and are processing my refund. Their website says "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" however this is the worst experience with a so called florist that I have ever come across.
3 times they did not deliver a funeral plant, which made our company look very bad. They are awful!
