Honestly a terrible service. I ordered flowers for my mom for Valentine's Day. The company had a 9-6 pm delivery window, which they completely missed. After trying to track them all day by the phone number they give for tracking and getting no information, I called. I was on hold for 20 minutes waiting for a customer service representative. A woman finally answered and after explaining I was trying to track the flowers, she put me on another hold for 10 more minutes. Finally, she came back and informed me the florist was "running behind because it was Valentine's Day" but they would be delivered by the end of the day. I asked again to be certain and was told again, they would be delivered on the 14th. Fast forward and they were delivered on the 15th at 11 am. Absolutely absurd. I could have gone with another company and my mom would have actually had her flowers on Valentine's Day. The company should have preplanned for the number of orders they were going to have for Valentine's Day or stopped taking orders. Also, if they were running behind the day of, they could have sent out an email to let their customers know. OR, they could have not told me multiple times they would still be delivered once I called. Such a waste of money and 30 minutes on hold for no reason. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. All these issues don't even include how the bouquet looked nothing like the picture online. Not worth a dime.
Wanted to send flowers for a funeral and put in the order. Get an email at almost 6pm stating they can't get the flowers out and will do so the following day. I call and complain. They tell me they will refund my delivery fee and will give me $16 off. I call a second time as I look in my email and I have nothing stating this and want it in writing. Talk to Chasity and she confirms $16 will be refunded to me. I get the email and it stating it's $9 and some odd cents that's being refunded to me. Not $16. So now not only can they not get flowers delivered correctly for a funeral but they can't even refund the money back properly like they're supposed to! I called a third time and spoke with a girl who was sooo RUDE that I demanded a manager get on the phone immediately. I told the manager her customer service was appalling and I cannot believe how this business even stays running with all the screw ups! The manager was nice and apologized profusely for the huge mess. What an idiot of a company! Stay far away from here.
I tried to order balloons for my mentally handicapped uncle's birthday. I ordered on Friday and they were suppose to deliver on Monday. Since I live in the same household as my uncle, I waited and waited nothing showed up. I called and was told no florists in the are could deliver on the day I asked for. Then why does it say on the site that it could deliver that day? I was disappointed. I ask if can be compensated for the delay. They gave me the wrong total of a partial refund and they supposedly took off the delivery fee. They told me that they would deliver on Tuesday, so I waited and waited. They emailed me saying that they couldn't deliver the type of balloons that I asked for and asked if I can choose another type. I said ok and told them what type to send. Then suddenly I get a phone call saying that can't deliver whatsoever and they were going to have to refund me back the whole total of the order. I was so hurt and so angry because I wanted to give something special for my mentally handicapped uncle.
Don't try to order from this site. You will just get hurt.

My mother's birthday is may 30th, I went to the sendflowers.com a month in advance and placed my order on April 28th 2017, they received payment on April 30th 2017 for a $60 arrangement of sunflowers, balloon, and card. My thinking was if I place an order far in advance I would be able to get them on the date specified.
Unfortunately I was wrong when May 30th 2017 came and the delivery time from
9- 6 went with no flowers I was more than angry. I called customer service told them the flowers were not delivered they were apologetic and said they could have them delivered the next day I said it was fine. I did get the flowers, balloon, and card but on the 31st instead of the 30th.
In all honesty I should have just listened to my family when they told me to get my money back. If I ever want flowers im going to get them myself I will never use this website again.
To me this whole situation was an unprofessional joke, I did get my flowers but not on the date I specified so far in advance. What a disappointment for a surprise flowers for my mom that didn't come until the day after and only when I called!
I ordered a flower arrangement for my niece this week to celebrate a huge milestone in her life. I wanted same day delivery so selected an item from their menu that advertised same day, as well ordered first thing in the morning.
By 7:30 that evening I had not received a call from my niece acknowledging the flowers nor had I heard from Send Flowers that there were issues. So I went to the website to inquire. I learned that they did not deliver the flowers. I asked why didn't you call me or call my niece I provided the numbers for both of us. I was told not to worry that the flowers would be delivered tomorrow. Well if I wanted the flowers delivered tomorrow I would have selected that as my delivery date. Absolutely no ownership or accountability for the mistake, they did not refund me my delivery fee- just too bad for me that they weren't delivered on time. They said we will work hard to earn your trust next time. Well there won't be a next time for me. I encourage you to select another flower service that is more reliable. I wish that I had read reviews before using them- clearly their service is subpar from all of the other negative reviews.
I understand that they cannot control local florists. However... an email at 9 pm on my bestie's 60th bday saying that they failed to deliver... worthless.
This is the worst company to use to send out a gift.
They show pictures of flowers, gift baskets, dish gardens, etc... and you never receive what your ordered! When I called them. They told me. Oh, they SUBSTITUTE things... yes, they SUBSTITUTEd bananas& oranges for plants! Omg, Twicevi ordered and my recipients received something totally different.
The flower shop called me this last time because they were given the wrong address... they also told me that this company is not very good. And that you NEVER RECIEVE WHAT YOU ORDER...
WHAY A FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
I ordered and purchased an item to be delivered on Thursday. It was meant as a surprise for my wife to be delivered to her business.
Day of I get a call telling me the money tree I purchased was not available so they wanted to do some flowers. That was not acceptable. Next best option was to have the money tree shipped from another florist but the earliest delivery was Saturday. As you can imagine the business is not open Saturday so next day after that was Tuesday. This now put delivery 5 days later. I opted for Saturday delivery to my house.
In order to correct this order they had to cancel my first order of $57.67 and refund my money. I then had to place a new order over the phone (even though the order was exactly the same). For my trouble they will give me $20 back to lower my now new bill to less then the original. This is all less than ideal.
Package arrived today and you wouldn't believe it the special greeting I wrote for my wife isn't even with the package. In fact some random message for some random person was in the box. I feel bad for those people who got my greeting message.
Just now I called to complain to a supervisor and for 20 mins the operator (who like all the others could not speak English) would not allow me to speak with a supervisor and even tried to blame UPS for the card being wrong in the box.

I had ordered a beautiful rangement for my wife and it wasn't what it appeared to look like online in the picture. And very disappointed what I spent on it I could have done it myself for cheaper.
I guess I should have read reviews before I ordered from sendflowers.com. I ordered flowers for mother's day a week in advance. I then received a confirmation on May 9th that they were delivered. Turns out they weren't. I then get an e-mail from my sister last night saying they were delivered last night at 8 p. M I called twice and get the runaround. Finally on my last call, I was told they would call the florist and see what happened. The woman gets back on the phone with me and says ironically that she suddenly got correspondence from the florist at the moment I called saying the driver was in accident and all flowers were destroyed. Still doesn't explain why they never notified me and it took me calling twice to get an answer. They did refund me 40% in total but it's ridiculous! Their website says 100% satisfaction guarantee. That means if I'm not 100% satisfied the total amount needs to be refunded. The CEO of this company should be ashamed of their service and responsibility of admitting mistakes and making it right for customers. I would not under any circumstance order from this company!
Worst delivery experience ever...terrible customer service...UNETHICAL VENDERS. It has taken 4 days for my same-day delivery to maybe get there today.
I had placed an order with them for a same day delivery for a special occasion. It was 4 PM and the flowers were not delivered. When I called to get a status, they had me hold to call the florist. The florist was rude to them and hang up the phone, because she was alone and didn't have any help that day. They agree on giving me a 40 % discount and delivering the flowers before 5PM. 5PM came and the florist called the receipt and told them they would be there in 15 mins. My friend waiting 30 mins and they still didn't make it. I called the them again that night but the florist was not picking up the phone. I left a msg to have the manager call me back the next day. The next day I didn't get the call from the manager and the flowers are still not delivered. I called and asked for a supervisor, at this point the birthday is over and the flowers are still not delivered. What is the point of even getting a discount if the person never gets the flowers. Like seriously! I am on the phone with them now, but this is so frustrating!
Order a large arrangement to my daughter for her bday and they sent her a cheap 20$ arrangement which was not even close to my order. Second time this happened
I ordered flowers for my mother a week ahead 9f Mother's Day, asked for delivery on Saturday to ensure she had beautiful flowers for Mother's Day. Well, Mother's Day came and went with no flowers...eventhough I got a conformation stating they were delivered... I called on Sunday morning and was told that I'd get a call back after I sent an email with information stating what happened and my order conformation. I did get a call on Monday, and was assured they would be delivered on Wednesday, and I was given 20% refund. Well, yet again no flowers delivered, so i called and complained again was told they would be there Friday and got 10% back. Friday, came and went with no flowers...I didnt waste time calling because its pointless. I waited until today, Tuesday to call again this time I was told they were delivered on Monday (yesterday) ok, we already know that's a bunch of crap...I demanded a refund for the remaining amount, because now my Mother wont be able to receive flowers as she is in the hospital. I would never suggest ordering a damn thing from this company. I believe the only reason I got any response is because I t ok old them I'd turn them in for fraud on my account, they take your money and you receive no merchandise....biggest scheme out there. Do not order from them. Call a local florist in the city you are delivering to and have the local florist make you a beautiful bouquet instead.

I ordered Sympathy flowers for a grieving friend and was promised delivery within four hours. I got an email saying that they cant deliver the flowers I ordered, but they would deliver something. I asked to please see a picture (are they going to be appropriate sympathy flowers?) and they said they cant do that. I said fine, lets just get them there ASAP.
Three hours past the delivery time, I emailed to see whats up and they said they would be delivered by 6pm. But by 10pm, they were nowhere to be found. The next morning, I emailed and asked for a manager to please call me. They sent some weird form letter addressed to "Dear MrMrsCustomerrr.
Now 28 hours after the delivery window, I call to cancel my order, but they were confused about whether or not they were delivered at all, or maybe to the wrong address. They tried to offer me a 25% refund. I said no I ordered specific flowers, delivered on a specific day, to a specific address. They failed on all fronts. After about 20 irritating minutes, they agreed to refund me in full.
Looks like its time to change their 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed banner down to 99%.

I have used this 2 times and both times the flowers were never delivered. Then the first time I never recieved a full refund. We'll see if I recieve a full refund this time.
Flowers were not delivered and no communication sent. I'm still waiting on refund and will call my bank tomorrow about fraud charge.
