Horrible Experience and Awful Customer Service

I ordered a balloon bouquet for my grandaughters birthday. She lives in Hawaii and I could not be with her on her special day so I decided to surprise her with the bouquet. I ordered it 2 days before her birthday. I kept checking all day and she never received the order. At the end of the day, I contacted send flowers.com and they said they would follow up and let me know when it was delivered. They never did and it was never delivered. I followed up the next day and after submitting my complaint, AGAIN, she received a small flower bouquet which wasn't even what I ordered. Although I was grateful for the flowers, it wasn't what I ordered and it was a day late. The whole point of the order was to surprise my granddaughter with something nice on her birthday, not the day after. I again contacted the company and they apologized and said they would like to honor their commitment to a valued customer and they would re-deliver the original order. They never did. I will NEVER use this company again and I wanted to alert other customers who may be interested in ordering from send flowers.com. They are extremely unreliable. Please note: I understand that things happen and I was willing to give them a chance to fix the situation, which they easily could have, but they continued to disappoint and provide terrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Photo of what i ordered and what i actually recieved. On top of delivering late.
Ordered balloon too and did not recieve it as well. Plus side they did give me a full redund.

I ordered a Premium Christmas Rose Cutie arrangement for my cousin in Coral Springs FL. $103 cdn to be delivered Dec 16th as she would be home all day. I rec'd an email saying they were delivered at 3:16. No she did not get it as no ring of the doorbell, nor did it show on doorbell cam. On the 17th I called Send Flowers that they must of been delivered to the wrong address. They said they would resend the order. Yesterday I rec'd an email saying they were delivered. I explained to them not to the correct recipent. So I contacted my cousin who said they finally appeared in the garden beside the front porch overnight as there was no doorbell notification. They were wilted, no local box or cello wrap. I sent her a picture of what it should look like. No even close. No red ball vase, all white roses replaced with carnations (i paid for premium) a few old red roses and no evergreens at all. It looked like someone bought 2 grocery store bouquets and put them in a vase. So customer service apologized and refunded me for $23cdn which cost me $103. This was very embarrassing to send someone something like this and with the delivery issues. NEVER use this company.

No Birthday Flowers!

I placed an order for birthday flowers one week ahead of the birthday and set up the delivery for the day of my mom's birthday. She lives out of state and I wanted to surprise her. I received an email the day of her birthday at 3pm that they were not going to deliver her flowers with the excuse that the shop was not open, yet they placed me on hold to call the shop to see why there was no delivery. They said they would deliver the next day. I called to cancel the order and was met with a person who barely speaks English with lots of noise in the background/I'm assuming a call center. The woman was very rude and they gave me a refund however a partial refund. I had to call back to speak to another person who was hard to communicate with and this time they placed me on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally received a full refund, however I would avoid using this service because there was no reason why if I ordered flowers a week ahead of time that they couldn't have communicated to let me know instead of the day of that they were unable to deliver. Save your money, time and energy. Use another flower service!

STAY AWAY!

I would give negative stars if I could! I ordered flowers for mother's day over 2 weeks in advance with a delivery on mother's day and a time of 9am. I received an email stating delivery time was between 9am - 6pm. At 6pm I called to find out where my flowers were. The flowers were delivered at 8:30pm. THEY WERE NOT THE FLOWERS I ORDERED! I ordered a lovely lavender big purple bouquet that cost almost $100. What I received was an all white small bouquet. Plain. The complete opposite and@ $30. When I first contacted them about info on the where bouts of the flowers, they had me on hold for 20 minutes before rudely replying to me by telling me nothing. She kept avoiding my question and repeating herself by saying they would get there by 9pm. Then disconnected me. I tried calling back after I received the wrong flowers and no answer. I want my money back. All I wanted was flowers, and the customer service of this flower shop is so beyond unacceptable. I'm shocked. I wish I would of read reviews before purchasing. I'm still shook. NEVER will I order from this shop again.

Ordered flowers on 9/15 to be delivered on 9/19. They were never received, and the person was home all day recovering from surgery. Called their poor customer service line. Was told they sent it to a local florist on the 18th to be delivered on the 19th, and would contact the florist and call me back. This was 8:30 in the morning, No answer at the florist. I called back at 10:30 and they still couldn't verify that it wasn't delivered. The manager told me that she was having trouble with her line and would call me back. I told her no way, they didn't return the call from the morning. Go find another phone. The manager said the florist told them that it was left at the front door. ANOTHER LIE! The manager said the florist would send out another bouquet. Yeah right, the original one that was never delivered. DO NOT WASTE your money on this terrible website. THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!
DON"T RUIN a special occasion because of SENDFLOWERS.COM RUN away from this site.

It was my sister's 39th birthday and I saw on this website a beautiful bouquet of flowers. It DID NOT look like the picture online whatsoever! I'm so upset at this company. I cannot believe they're still in business! I didn't read the reviews here until "AFTER" I made the purchase. When my sister received her flower arrangement she sent me a picture of it and it DOES NOT look like what I ordered! The florist must NOT have her licensed! It look like a teenager just threw the flowers in a vase and just pulled the flowers up with leather leaf! ALL THE REVIEWS ON HERE IS TRUE! THE ACTUAL ARRANGEMENT YOU RECEIVE IS NOTHING LIKE THE ONES ON THIS SITE! THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE! This company sucks! I ordered 2 Mother's Day flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day. Almost immediately after my order processed I received an email stating my flowers could not be delivered on the date requested and would be delivered the day prior. Irritated that the system took my money first I decided that would be ok. One order was delivered but not the other. I received a call the day after Mother's Day stating my other order would be delivered that day by 8pm. Since this order was to a small town in AL I let it slide. However, my mom never received her flowers. When I called Tuesday morning they tried to say the call yesterday was to tell me my flowers were going to be delivered today and then tried to insist that I let them call the florist to get the flowers out. I did not order Mother's Day flowers on Friday to be delivered 1) 2 days AFTER Mother's Day and the date I requested or 2) 4 days after my order was placed. Order was cancelled and my mom did not receive flowers for the first time in YEARS! I will never order from this company again.

The worst company ever!

I don't know how these people are still in business. I ordered flowers for my grandmas funeral. The flowers were never delivered! What!? How do you drop the ball for someone's funeral? When I called to complain the lady said "I don't know where your flowers are." I ended receiving a 50$ credit towards an arrangement. I called recently to place an order using my credit for my aunts birthday. I was on the phone for an hour. An hour to order flowers! During the call, my call was dropped, the agent never called back. So I called back and spoke to another agent who accused me of saying "she probably did call back."... umm don't accuse me of lying. After 15 min on hold with the second agent, she transferred me to the original agent. She asked me for my email for a confirmation, which I provided, and then I never received a confirmation. I am not exaggerating, I had to call back four times to get someone to send me an email confirmation. To which the manager told me "I am not able to send you a normal email confirmation because it's a complimentary order." To which I responded, " a complimentary order due to your company's lack of efficiency shouldn't devalue my customer experience and I should still be able to receive an email confirmation." I feel like I was being pranked the entire time. This place is a joke!

Worst ever! Placed a Mothers Day order to be delivered the Friday before When I received no acknowledgement from the recipient, I called send flowers and was told they were not delivered and would not be delivered until Monday "could not find a florist in Reno" really! And I received no notification. On Monday I called to verify they were delivered and now they "couldn't find the proper flowers" but would be delivered on Tuesday Just another lie. On Tuesday, I received a email confirmation of delivery notice Strange again no acknowledgement from the recipient. Another lie No flowers were delivered Wasted another 30 minutes on the phone conveniently getting disconnected many times trying to get a refund I was told a refund was processed, but they could and would not provide a confirmation number "we have other customers to assist" What the hell do you think I am? Im sure there will be no refund as the email confirming the refund never came thru Take time and read other comments They follow the same deceptive practices to steal money

Terrible experience

On February 6,2023 I ordered a bouquet of roses, chocolate, and a teddy bear as a gift for Valentine's Day for my fiancée. The gift was expected to be delivered on the 14th per the expected shipping date on the website. The total cost was 88.30. Unfortunately my fiancée never received the gift as expected and according to the website the items were never shipped. I was unable to reach anyone by phone, live chat, or Facebook messenger. Later on the evening of the 14th I came across a Facebook page where other victims of this company had some of the same issues I had experienced. I left a comment and a representative reached out to me with an apology and promised me a refund. I received a refund in the total amount of 21.30,67.00 less than the amount owed back. I acknowledged the amount I received but told them I expected the rest in full.
Afterwards the company reached back out give me the remaining refund.
Sent me the original order free of no charge but, the order was terrible Roses was dying and molded.

I do not recommend this company to anyone they need to do better

My wife made a order for her father's funeral which she said to be delivered before 1200pm which never been delivered. So we had a funeral without any arrangements. Called the company they stated it is to be delivered by 6pm which funeral started at 12pm end at 3pm so when they guaranteed the delivery for 12pm then stated we had to pay expedited delivery which was never mentioned so they went on their own and never delivered flowers. This was a very sensitive time in our lives to have lost such a great father, grandfather, husband and friend to us all. I will never recommend anyone to order from here especially if it's a time sensitive situation as our was. Plus not to mention the hassle it was just to get a full refund was disgusting. Placed on hold 20 mins first time 40 mins the second 15 minutes the 3rd. Oh and gave every excuse possible to error on delivery one stating invalid email address. Waiting for confirmation on refund gave my email address which I'm still waiting on email. Bad company not worth the time.
