Bummed out..

I ordered NEXT DAY delivery for flowers to be sent to my aunt's birthday in Arkansas, I had to call and find out where they were because they weren't delivered by 6pm. They didn't deliver it until the next day( which wasn't her birthday) the guy offered me a 7$ refund and the flowers looked NOTHING like the picture, it was pretty but NOT what I ordered. :(

I spent OVER 60 dollars for a bouquet of flowers and a small box of chocolates for my Mom's birthday. It looked nothing like the picture and the flowers looked like $#*!. The chocolate was just Hersheys miniatures that I could've got from the store for 2 dollars instead of spending 10 dollars on them to be delivered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

Total scam

Wish I'd seen this review site before I ordered. My friend's mother died and I ordered flowers to be delivered on U. K. Mother's Day (14th March 2021). They lied and said they were delivered, and when I asked for proof of delivery, I got a generic response just saying again that they were delivered.

Both my friends were in all day so I know they are lying. I also gave my friend's phone number as a contact and nobody called. I doubt they even bothered to dispatch the order on a Sunday - just pocketed the money.

Companies that profit out of people's grief in this amoral way are the lowest of the low.

WORST EVER

I wish I could have given negative 5 stars. The not cheap bouquet was ordered as same-day sympathy flowers to parents who had suffered a tragic event. The flowers were finally delivered 5 days late, wilted, without the card and the bouquet looked very little like the photo of what I was ordering. After 3 long phone calls with plenty of hold time, (*their customer service people were very nice*) and an equal number of false statements that "the flowers were going to be delivered on the same day," I was offered discounts when a full refund was requested. The day after my 3rd call I received a "20% off my next order" email and still no refund. They should be ashamed of themselves! I never write bad reviews but this company is TRULY. THE. WORST. FLOWER. COMPANY. EVER.

WORST EXPERIENCE!

I ordered flowers online on a Monday for almost $80 to be delivered that Thursday to celebrate a happy occasion taking place on THURS. The order never came. I received an email claiming they could not find the address and requested a phone number. I responded immediately with the same number I already provided with my order so they should have had that. I called SendFlowers as well to get the information sent to the florist quicker. They put me on hold for a half hour and then came back saying they spoke with the florist and they're closed now. They would not provide the name of the florist so I could go and pick up the flowers myself (depsite paying almost $15 for a delivery fee). After being on the phone for over an HOUR, they offered to refund my money. WOW, what an offer! The recipient never received their gift of flowers and I will NEVER order from this site again. First and last time!

So Disappointed

My wife and I ordered a casket spray for our aunt's funeral. The funeral was Tuesday at 11, the spray was scheduled to be delivered Monday. By Tuesday morning the spray was still not delivered. When we called customer service they said they could have them delivered that evening. The funeral was held with no spray. I was so disappointed and embarrassed.

Birthday Blunder Unacceptable

Ordered a $105 candy arrangement with balloons to be sent to my son's 22nd birthday because we live several miles away. Ordered for next day delivery "guaranteed ". Send flowers waited until 4pm on delivery day to inform me that they had issues filling the order and that it wouldn't be delivered until 2 days later! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I called and at first wanted to give me a 25% refund and cancel the order... SERIOUSLY! Got the supervisor and they offered 50% refund... REALLY! Got the main director on the line and told them nothing less than a FULL REFUND and Delivery on Monday that THEY will be paying for! I will never ever use this company again and any chance to tell others, I will take. Do not USE sendflowers.com

Abysmal.

My mother spend $120 on a bouquet of balloons, a teddy bear, and a box of chocolates for my brother in the hospital on the other side of the country. What he received looked like something we could have made with supplies from the dollar store for five dollars. We are disappointed and embarrassed. When I called customer service I had to fight just for a refund of the balloons. As many times as I asked for a supervisor or manager my request was denied. We still want a full refund. Do not use this service. Very very disappointed.

I picked out a lovely floral arrangement from the sendflowers.com website several days in advance of the 89 year old recipeint's birthday. And I paid just over $100 for it. Thanks god this 89 year old is computer literate... she sent me pics of the arrangement she recieved and it is NOTHING at all like what I ordered. Instead, it is a cheap looking arrangement with mis-matched flowers... looks like a 5 year old put it together. Customer service at sendlfowers.com was not the least sympathetic... they blamed it on COVID (!) which we are now into for a year... they promise to send a replacement arrangement tommorrow but still cannot guarantee that it will look anything like the one I ordered on their website. Shame on this company. And the customer service people never even said "I am sorry." STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I had used sendflowers many times but last time the order was received two days late with no notification from the company or provider and my order today was a $90 arrangement but a dozen roses (retailing on their site for $29) were delivered. They constantly want to provide a 10%, then 20%, then 30% discount to orders completed, but never want to provide customers with a simple UPDATE of flowers not available or a change in shipping. I will never use SendFlowers again and highly recommend you go with another company. Don't waste your money or time on this company.

Urghh! I cannot tell you how awful this site is. Do not order from them. They will not deliver and will not refund your money! The customer service sucks! They will disconnect the call after putting you on hold for atleast 40 mins saying they are reaching the florist! Their flowers stink of bone meal! Urghh. Most awful site ever!

The day of delivery they told me they didn't have the fruit basket, they would not honor another asset that was available and it took me 40 minutes to be able to cancel the order.
DO NOT RELY ON THIS SITE FOR YOUR ORDER

Birthday Disaster

I ordered balloons for my son's birthday a week before. When they didn't arrive on Saturday I wasn't contacted about a delay. I had to call them. I was told the order would be there on Monday. They still didn't arrive. I called again and was told they were having difficulty finding a florist. My son does not live in a remote area. I asked how they could have sent me an order confirmation without a florist. The balloons finally arrived on Wednesday, 3 days after his birthday. I will never order from them again.

Absolutely Terrible. Stay Away.

I ordered a big balloon arrangement for a coworker who is in the hospital on 2/17 for same day delivery. It was not delivered. I chatted with customer service on Thursday. It was still not delivered and they say they would follow up with me, which they didn't. I tried again on Friday and Saturday, then they promised that it would be delivered the following Monday and they would upgrade it. Well, Monday came and went and it was still not delivered. I called to cancel and ask for a refund, which was an ordeal in itself. They kept trying to give me coupons or see when it would be delivered. I think I had to ask for a refund about 10 times before they finally put me on hold for 15 minutes and then processed it. We'll see if it actually gets credited back to my card or not...

I placed an order for flowers, chatted with 2 different people who assured me my flowers were out for delivery. It wasn't until I contacted them was I told my flowers would not be delivered. Then I was told to accommodate me for the delay a larger arrangement to be delivered the next. It gets better so than it changed to 3 days later expected delivery date. At this point I should have received compensation of 50% refund or free arrangement.
I will never use this company and discourage anyone I know to never use this company!

DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL, SCAM

I ordered a SAME DAY DELIVERY bouquet (which they advertised) along with a Birthday ballon for a BUSINESS Client. I received a "CONFIRMATION" email HOWEVER, the flowers were NEVER delivered. I tried calling their customer service number ONLY to have a recording tell me that "My order had been delivered", although it had NOT!

I reached out to my bank to report "A Charge of a Service NOT Rendered" on my card to request a refund.

TWO DAYS later, my client FINALLY received their flowers along with a balloon that read THINKING ABOUT YOU and NOT the Happy Birthday sentiment I ORDERED.

Although my client expressed her appreciation for the bouquet she also diplomatically mentioned the slight UNCOMFORTABLE feeling that the Thinking About You balloon caused.

So I PAID for a LATE delivery [broken contract] and for an INAPPROPRIATE [sentiment balloon] that I DID NOT choose that caused brief tension between me and my client and made me appear unprofessional in my WORK PLACE!

I ordered 24 roses for my mother, bc she is boujie, but most of all because she is my mother and I love her dearly. 12 flowers were left outside of her door, without ringing the bell, frozen. What she received, after putting them in a vase and the thawed, was 12 wilted roses. The customer service representative offered me her apology and 20% back.
After telling her that was not acceptable, a manager offered me 50% back on flowers only (delivery charge, vase, or balloon not included). I haven't seen the credit yet, but I would rather have not sent anything than disrespect my mom with what she got. A full refund would have been the only acceptable solution. The last pic is what i ordered.

I order flowers 2 days before Valentines. Never delivered. Notice on my receipt that day of delivery was now change to the 16th. After Valentines. I need them for a get well on the 13th. And the price was higher than I ordered. Got a refund. But had to call around to get flowers delivered because now it was Valentines. Will never order again!
