I ordered what was advertised as a beautiful blooming peace lily for the loss of a family member. What was delivered. A day late was just $66.98 worth of pretty leaves in a small pot. I was emailed that i would have the delivery fee waived & a free upgrade to a larger plant & then was offered a "re-delivery... how embarrassing... i seriously could have went to Walmart and got something prettier. Don't waste your time or money
5:30pm and still no delivery. I call and get 20% refund... and a promise of a 6pm delivery. That is after they promised no later than a 3pm delivery. Unprofessional. Will not use again. Call back at 6:15pm (still no flowers) and request full refund which I am promised. 6:30pm flowers are delivered. Oh my! They look NOTHING like what I ordered. Cheap carnations vs. bright sunflowers etc etc. Stay away from sendflowers.com
I ordered a bouquet of roses with red glass and design, because was my birthday... And what I received, I was disappointed and in addition I had told my friends what beauty of flowers I ordered online... Shame on you!... Of course everyone had fun and recommended me to put it on the bathroom table...
I had great experience with send flowers.com, order was placed for the same day delivery to address in Missouri and beautiful flowers arrived as promised! Seems like people tend to leave negative comments but not so eager to share positive experience
My friend that lives out of the country sent me a surprise, it was supposed to be a beautiful fruit and chocolate basket with balloons and a cake made out of flowers. The basket came and it was excellent but the flower cake never came. We have been chasing it around for two days now and all their "customer service" tells us is that it will get delivered. Their customer service is clearly not in the USA but they lie and say that they are in CT. Lies!
My husband is working out of state. He sent our 2 daughters & myself some flowers. The kids flowers were beautiful. Mine on the other hand looked nothing like the picture of what he ordered. It looked bad, like a toddler put it together. The flowers were droopy & didnt look like the flowers even complimented eachother as well as it having way too much greenery. (Which it wasnt suposed to have any greenery) I was not impressed with the flowers at all & wouldnt have paid no more than $10 for what they threw together & sent. I wouldve passed this arrangement up at the store without a second look. Very disappointing. My kids even said it looked horrible. My husband contacted them about it so they decided to refund him $15 & give him a $15 gift certificate. I guess their "100% satisfaction guaranteed" means nothing to this company as i am not satisfied not even 5%. We will definately not be ordering from this place again!
They did not send the flowers when they said they would 2 days later was told they could not do my order but would send flowers of equal value, I had to keep calling them, equal value LOL ( a rose turns into a daisy) it just looked so cheap, will never order again
Ordered flowers for my mother's funeral - received an order confirmation and then 10 hours later received an email stating they could not fulfill the order. My money was still tied up with them, preventing me from being able to order a replacement. If you need flowers delivered - DO NOT use this company!
I had to contact customer service a few hours after placing an order to make some changes. At first they said no but then said they could cancel the first order as it hadn't been shipped yet, and refund the money. Next a salesperson would get on the line and help me choose a new arrangement of roses rather than lilies (I found out after I placed the original order that lily pollen is toxic to cats, and the recipient has three cats). What happened is that they still sent both the lily arrangement and the new one together. And the new one with roses is a disgrace. Another Easter arrangement went to a different state and was perfect. But it hardly makes up for my mother-in-law receiving wilted roses. They charged 13.99 for delivery. Without the discount coupon we had, they would have charged 69.99 for the roses alone.
Ordered a birthday bouquet for daughter. Ordered it 2 days before party and flowers never arrived, but they sure took my credit card payment instantaneously! I waited all day for confirmation and even chatted with 2 different reps who assured me it would be delivered. Finally had to contact my daughter to see if she had received it, which ruined the surprise. I'm in tears so disappointed. Finally emailed them and canceled order and demanded my money back. Heartbreaking for sure.
I put my order in March 27th. The delivery date was for March 29th no delivery, but they sent out a confirmation saying it was delivered. Its march 30th still no delivery. There is no customer service to talk ton on the Phone, only through chat. I was told they are going to to a investigation. I need my stuff delivered or my money back ASAP!
Ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday as I am 3 hours away. First I purposely pick a bouquet that promised same day shipping, get an email several hours later that I will not be getting it till the following day. Second I ordered a $50 bouquet with sunflowers and several other flowers in a Mason jar... so I get a second email telling me they can't complete the order and are going to sub it, the arrangement they sent was HORRIBLE! Not worth $15 let alone 50! I made a complaint and got a whole $10 back! I could have drove the 3 hours, lost a whole day of work and got them from Walmart and been happier!

I Ordered two arrangements for my mothers funeral... one of the arrangements was not what I ordered and the other was waaay undersized from what I payed for, wilting AND arrived late... DURING the funeral service! I emailed pictures and an explanation of my disappointment and never got a response. I called the 1-800 number and was only offered a 25% refund and a $20 credit for a future order. Are u kidding me? Why would I EVER order from them again? 100% guarantee is a JOKE!
It was my sister's 39th birthday and I saw on this website a beautiful bouquet of flowers. It DID NOT look like the picture online whatsoever! I'm so upset at this company. I ordered flowers to my brother in the hospital. I called Sendflowers.com customer service 3 different times to ask if the flowers had been delivered. They tell me they can't get in contact with the florist to ask them, and then say they'll call me back when they find out. Ridiculous.
I could have gone to the grocery store, bought flowers myself, put them in a box and mailed them to the hospital and my brother would have received them in two days. Going on day 6 now and still no flowers. I'd give this business zero stars.

Ordered flowers on March 17th 2021 and specifically chose next day delivery... flowers weren't delivered as promised. Called the company on the 19th and was disconnected after being placed on hold for 20 mins... called back lady says the driver is stuck in traffic at 1130 am but close to the home where flowers were to be delivered... it's been two hours and still no delivery nothing offered for my trouble just said sorry
I ordered roses, and when they arrived the delivery driver noted that the vase had broken. OK, these things happen, he said he'd return it. I contacted the company the next day and they apologized, said they'd get an order our right away, so that would be the next day. Guess what, no flowers. It is now day four and I can't get an answer (yet) as to when they will be delivered. If I do not get an answer by late today, fortunately I used Amex so I will just cancel it.
Us at your peril. Not recommended. I will not use this company again.
