Worst experience ever dealing with a company. Wrong arrangement delivered to my daughter who was celebrating her 40th birthday on Valentine's day. Then promised the correct arrangement be delivered on the 16th. Long story short... The 16th several calls to customer service only to have them try and trick me into agreeing that I'd okayed this replacement arrangement because the one I ordered wasn't available anymore and wanted me to agree to pay the florist extra to make the arrangement up special. No need to continue... Pretty much lost it after that!

I ordered flowers and a balloon for my wife for Valentines on Feb 11th to make sure she got them on time. I asked for the arrival date to be on Saturday the 13th because she was going out of town on business the next day. Saturday comes along and no flowers. Saturday evening still no flowers. I call the number on the website and automated voice tells me they were delivered. I finally get a real person on the phone the next day after my wife has already left. Her excuse was that the florist shop had a small "incident" and my flowers could not be delivered yesterday on time. She said they would be delivered by 1 pm this afternoon. 1 pm comes and goes. No flowers. I call them back again and tell them to give me the florists name and I'll go pick it up my myself since my wife wont be here anyway to enjoy them, They refused to tell me who the florist was. Finally I just said the hell with it and give me my money back. Guess what? I still don't have my money.

I ordered roses 11 days before Valentines and I got a call the day aftwr Valentines Day after I complained multiple times. They offered a 20 discount which I refused then they offered 30% which I refused. I want a full refund. So dissapointing I won't use them again.

I order flowers for my mom for Valentine's day but no delivery I called them and always had different excuses, then they were supposed to deliver the next day before 6 pm but my mother never received them so I called them to cancel and they said it will take a few days to get a refund, do not trust this company. Very irresponsable and liars.

I ordered a bouquet for my mother for Valentine's day. They never delivered it that day or the next although it was promised. I was asked to wait past 6pm to call back because it hadn't been delivered. Then, they said I'd have to wait for the next day which would now make it 2 days after Valentine's day! They were absolutely no help at all! I had to cancel the damn order so no flowers for my 74 year old mom. So pissed off! Do not buy from this site ever!

My girlfriend had a family emergency and had to be out of town for Valentines Day. I payed $55 for a bouquet that was marked at $32, and then the bouquet just wasn't delivered. I was not given any notice, and was told by my girlfriend when nothing arrived. They then had to go through a lengthy process involving confirming with the florist that the flowers weren't delivered (which seemingly they could just lie about). There was no extra money offered back, no flowers due to the delay. They offered to give me store credit or refund my money within 3 days. This place is a scam, and you absolutely SHOULD NOT RELY ON THEM FOR IMPORTANT DAYS. Please if you are thinking about using this service, use anywhere else.

I paid extra for guarenteed premium flower delivery for Valentine's day 2021. Scheduled for delivery between 9a and 6p. I called twice to verify it was en route. At 6:30p they emailed me to notify it wouldn't be delivered on time and rescheduled to 2/16. Spent almost $100 and didn't have time to buy from a better company because of their incompetence.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

A few months ago I sent flowers to my daughter for a special occasion using Send Flowers.com. They sent them after the date and sent something I did not choose. They gave me a $13 discount for future. I used it for Valentine's Day with a delivery date of 2/13/21. It is now the next day and no flowers!
Don't use them unless you want to throw your money away! Use anyone else!

I ordered flowers for my friends 50th birthday.
Received confirmation and all seemed well. Day of delivery I received notification that they can not fulfil my order until 4 days after her birthday. I cancelled and called another company that could fulfill my order.

Ordered what was recommend on the site at 8am. It was delivered around 11:30 with everything I ordered and healthy living flowers! I will definitely be using them again! Idk where all these bad reviews are from but they did amazing!

Paid $70 for 12 Roses that the petals were falling off of. I ordered a vase to come with flowers. No vase. I paid $70 to have to arrange flowers myself. I could gave gotten a better bouquet at the grocery store. Never again. Buyer beware!

I have ordered from this company twice. Both times they delivered the flowers a day late. The most recent flowers were supposed to be red tulips... the recipient received wilted pink tulips. Not worth the money!

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my cousin bday. What she received was Terrible. When I called to complain they offered be 20%discount
What I wanted was for them to send what I paid for and pick up the other one. I wanted what I paid for! See below the first picture is what I paid for. The second one is what she got! I have used them several times and is never what I ordered but this one was the worse. Be careful with what you order.

My wife made a order for her father's funeral which she said to be delivered before 1200pm which never been delivered. So we had a funeral without any arrangements. Called the company they stated it is to be delivered by 6pm which funeral started at 12pm end at 3pm so when they guaranteed the delivery for 12pm then stated we had to pay expedited delivery which was never mentioned so they went on their own and never delivered flowers. This was a very sensitive time in our lives to have lost such a great father, grandfather, husband and friend to us all. I will never recommend anyone to order from here especially if it's a time sensitive situation as our was. Plus not to mention the hassle it was just to get a full refund was disgusting. Placed on hold 20 mins first time 40 mins the second 15 minutes the 3rd. Oh and gave every excuse possible to error on delivery one stating invalid email address. Waiting for confirmation on refund gave my email address which I'm still waiting on email. Bad company not worth the time.

The flowers were very nice. I was charged a standard $14.99 delivery fee. The problem was they weren't delivered to the correct address. The person who received the delivery brought them to the correct address. Sendflowers only refunded part of the delivery fee; I feel the entire delivery fee should have been refunded. I guess I could go through the hassle is disputing part of the charge, but it's not worth my time to do so.
