No cancellation. Ordered flowers for a friend and she went on vacation. I emailed 4 days before they were to be delivered and they pretty much told me to bad. So now my friend will come home too $50 worth of dead Rose's. Waste of money. Save yourself the time and frustration an order locally through a local florist.
My fiance bought me flowers for a present the 1st email said that they could not find my address, then a few hours later sent an email saying that it had been delivered. I have been home all day waiting for them and they have not showed up, he emailed them and they said at 1st that they had to investigate it and get back to him, then he sent another email wanting a refund and they kept saying they had to investigate. So he then sent them another email saying he was going to report them to the FTC that he didn't want to waste anymore time. So then I had sent an email to them as well while he was at work, because I was upset they were not here. We got a full refund. But it was such a waste of time and effort. Bad for business... Horrible... Upsetting... Mad...
I just got off the phone for the 3rd time. On 11/20/20 I ordered a candy basket for a friends 80th birthday. Long story short, she never received it. After numerous emails and phone calls asking for proof of delivery, ie tracking number, signature. Address delivered to, I have gotten nothing but the run around. Last week customer service said they would credit me in 1 to 3 days. No credit. Called back today, they are insisting the receipient got it. No proof again. I am a small business and would never treat my customers like this
I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mother in the hospital to cheer her up because she can't have visitors with Covid. I specifically avoided flowers I knew she didn't like and that's what they sent. Plus the small arrangement didn't amount to the coat of what I paid for. Will never use again!
I ordered a lovely bouquet for my Aunt and had it sent to her hospital room. She never got them. I inquired several times for help with my order only to be told flatly that they were delivered. No proof, no sympathy, no kindness. Obviously we know the flowers were never delivered because my Aunt never got them! This company only wants your money, they do not care about your order, they do not care about you and your loved ones. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Most likely they will just take your money and your flowers will never be received.
Today is my mom's birthday. I ordered a premium bouquet for her more than a week in advance. I received an email that they were delivered. I checked with my mom, and she had not received any flowers. I called the customer service number and someone who barely spoke English informed me that they would be delivered by 7 pm. I called again at 7:04 because no flowers had been delivered. They said they would be delivered by 7:30 pm. It is now 7:55 pm and no flowers have been delivered. I told them that if they don't arrive by 8 pm, I want a refund. They asked if I would settle for 20% back?! No! I paid $80 for flowers, and if you don't have enough sense to deliver by 8 pm, I need 100% of my money back! Plus, who wants a flower delivery after 7 pm on their birthday?! Avoid at all costs!
Aunt received Valentine's Day Bouquet instead of sympathy bouquet. This was supposed to be for memorial for her husband‘s death not Valentine's Day gift that she will not be celebrating with him this year. The photos are attached of what I purchased versus what she received.
Please do NOT use this company if you want to send a nice gift. Not only did they change the price after advertising a terrific sale to 3 times the amount, the delivery was a day late and looked nothing like the order. I was only refunded $9 for the missing ballons. Shocking service.

I spent $70 dollars on flowers to be delivered. The arrangement I ordered looked the size of a St. Bernard dog- the recipient received an arrangement that was the size of a Chihuahua! Im totally disgusted and have been fighing for 2 days to get this rectified- when you call it sends you to a calling center oversees that the phone operators barely speak English!
Please do not waste your hard earned money with this company- during these difficult times with the pandemic it is truly unfair!
I ordered flowers for my relative's 50th Anniversary. Delivery was scheduled before noon on a day if Anniversary. Flowers was not delivered, but 1-1/2 day later I got email stating that they want me to pay additional 150% delivery charge, if I want delivery! I replayed with request to return the charges as Anniversary already pass... next day they charge my credit card for undelivered order!
Nobody replied to my email, phone message or on-line complain.
Stay away from this company!
Ugh! First shortcoming was not delivered on the day promised/needed for a surprise engagement homecoming didn't happen.

I ordered flowers online 2 days before needing them to be delivered. The flowers were not delivered until 6:40 pm! The website states delivery between 9-6. I spoke to 3 customer agents before getting a manager and then was told the florist delivering them was super busy. This is not a holiday and totally unacceptable!
The first photo is what the website represented I would be getting. The second is what my friend actually received. It was called bouquet of orange roses, but she received exactly three roses. For $49! Do not buy from this company. They grossly misrepresent the product.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I was embarrassed by the flower arrangement my aunt received. Their satisfaction guarantee means nothing. I was told they would refund me $13 of the $63 I spent. No one should use this company!
I placed an order and inadvertently provided the wrong information. The company was notified immediately and stated the bouquet would be picked up. 3 days later the bouquet wasn't picked up so I had to reach out. I was told again the flowers would be picked up and re-delivered. 5 days later nothing was done so I call back. Now I'm told not only did they NOT pick up the flowers but they are also NOT going to deliver them to the address I provided. I have no problem paying a delivery fee but because they did not pick up the flowers and now the bouquet is 5 days old they want me to pay for a new bouquet. I requested to speak to a Manager, instead I got I Supervisor who regurgitated the same nonsense. At that point I was really frustrated so I hung up. The Supervisor had the nerve to call me back to reiterate I would have to pay for a new bouquet. The fact that she called me after I ended the call without a resolution is mind blowing to me. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SECOND HAND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY AGAIN!
They were not honest about the delivery first saying because of COVID-19 they couldn't deliver to the hospital! Then asked for an alternate address then later called to tell me they couldn't deliver because ALL the florist in Pittsburgh were closed on Saturday which was a lie as All florist are open on Saturday! They gave me a discount & promised to deliver my fruit basket on Monday which again they called & told me the address was out of their area, I'm sorry but isn't it their job to locate a florist within that zip code? It was not in a remote area but a very popular area of Pittsburgh. At this time they offered me another 30% off which I declined, as I told them I didn't trust them and was afraid the basket would only have two pieces of fruit
I called a florist nearby Mercy hospital in Pittsburgh who had no problem delivering a beautiful fruit & chocolate basket directly to the hospital without any delays or excuses! I would advise that you do not use this company as they evidently have many problems within their company
It was a birthday delivery. If I had read all these bad reviews I would not buy flowers from this website. They did not delivery the flowers on the right day. They delivery a different bouquet and missing balloons as well. I claimed my money back but they only refunded me the amount of balloons. I do not recommend this flowers website.
Order Flower Dec 23 2020 for my 50 wedding anniversary wen they arrived they look good but after one day and half they start going down 3 day later they look dead i call because of holydays office was close ontill jan 5 i call back the answer was OK I LET YOU KNOW that was jan 6 2020 still no answer i send email whit pictures still no answer so no replacement no call no email don.
