I ordered an upgraded 2 candle Christmas centerpiece for my son's mother in law. I do this every year and have had no problems until this year. While the online picture displayed a lovely spray of evergreens, red roses and white lilies arranged in a lovely spray with 2 candles... what was sent was a glass of water with a small bunch of UN arranged flowers stuck in it. It looked like someone took leftovers from some other arrangement and just jammed them into a drinking glass. No vase, NO lilies, NO candles, no artistic arrangement, whatsoever. DISGUSTING. I was ashamed that she might think THAT monstrosity is what i actually sent. I wouldn't use send flowers.com again if they were the only company out there. No excuse. Completely disgusted. Very disappointed! Sent my sister birthday flowers for her 65th birthday which is a milestone birthday so I wanted to make it very special for her, I gave instructions to deliver by 3pm, 3:30 and still no delivery. I had to get get a refund! Sorry to say!
Horrible! Paid extra for same day delivery which they did not do, and did not even inform me. Then I paid for chocolates and a balloon which they also did NOT do, when I called to ask WTF was going on they said "oh sorry well refund you for the chocolates and balloon" ya no sh*t you will! You didn't deliver them.

We received the fruit late in the day. The grapes were good but once we got to the watermelon it was rotted and soft to touch like a balloon. It leaked all over our counter. Y'all gotta do better. Just make sure all your fruit is fresh. God bless.
I would give them a negative 10 if it were an option! I am furious with this company! I recently had a terrible experience with them. I ordered a super cute $70 "rubber ducky" vase with blue flowers to send to my niece in the hospital, after she gave birth to her first born son. I chose this particular arrangement because of the fact that it was a rubber ducky vase, that's what her Nursery theme is. Come to find out, without notifying me first, they substituted the arrangement because the local florists don't have the rubber ducky vase-! What? If they don't have it, then why is it on your website as one of the top picks for a baby boy arrangement? I've contacted them and they replied, but not to my refund request. This arrangement I went to a large hospital where my niece is a nurse, and I'm prepared to have her let everybody know there to not use this company. I requested a picture of the arrangement they used as a replacement and I can't even get that! Shady, to say the least! The one time I don't check reviews prior to ordering, this happens! Please DO NOT use this company!
I ordered a BABY BOY DUCK BOUQUET for my niece. Third picture is an approximation of their web side picture. The arrangement was on offer on the website and they accepted my order for next day. I paid $71.84 for the order. By the end of next day nothing was delivered and I had no communication from the company. I called them myself and was informed that they had some issues and will deliver next day. Next day they delivered what you see on the first picture! I doubt anybody can see a duck there, besides, arrangement cost not even $20! I was really upset and called the company. I was informed that they DO NOT have proper container for the arrangement and can only deliver another BOUQUET in 3 day time. First, I did not need another sad bouquet; second, 3 days was way too long considering all the back and forth before.
After an hour long conversation with the operator, them manager they agreed to refund me and send an apology bouquet to my niece IN THREE DAYS! I requested to send it to my address and ordered what I wanted from a different company. The duck arrangement was delivered as you see it on my picture. My niece NEVER got an apology letter I requested. I got another sad looking small bouquet: not a single bright flower to catch your eye...
All in all, worth flower experience in my life!
I ordered a Sympathy fruit basket (order # *******)for a friend who had just suffered a loss of a loved one. I was embarrassed and disappointed and shocked when I found out the pineapple was rotten and leaking along with the grapes and apples. I called their customer service only to be told that they could only offer me a 30% discount with a gift card from their site for $10! Why on earth would I want to order anything else from them. This company is a scam and my next step is to report then to the BBB. PLEASE, do not spend your money purchasing anything from this site.

This is the worst company I ever worked with. They were suppose to deliver my arrangement on the day of my niece's birthday. Didn't deliver on same day as the it was out of stock. They should have informed me but didn't. The lady promised to deliver next day first thing in morning, but to my surprise they didn't and have to call them again and break my head. I will never ever order from them and will suggest everyone to not to order from them. If I could give them 0 stars would have given that.

I will never use this site again to "Send Flowers." Requested next day delivery, paid for it and two days later my friend still did not receive the flowers. Called Send Flowers customers service and they did not seem to know what was going on or when it will be delivered. Not a reliable way to send flowers. Would not recommend!
My mother-in-law lost her father, so I sent her flowers from sendflowers.com. Biggest gifting mistake I have ever made in my life. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. PLEASE READ.
The ONLY semi-positive thing about this review is that the flowers arrived at my mother-in-law's address during the designated delivery time period.
The next day, my mother-in-law was in the middle of grieving and making phone calls to relatives when either sendflowers.com or one of their contracted flower shops called her REPEATEDLY (4+ times in a row) and left a voicemail... get this... ASKING FOR HER TO RETURN THE FLOWERS TO THEM! I REPEAT. RETURN THE FLOWERS SENT TO HER IN HONOR OF HER DECEASED FATHER. Are you kidding me?! What company does this?! Who is rude enough to call her about any issue? Why not contact my phone number (filled out on the order form)?
She called me in confusion and I was embarrassed beyond belief. I immediately called the customer service line and asked them what the problem was, because the payment had gone through and the flowers had been successfully delivered the day before. They blamed it on the local flower delivery shop that actually fulfilled the order, but refused to give me the local shop's contact information due to a "privacy policy". They claimed that they contacted the local flower shop that made the delivery and they said they "never contacted the recipient" (LIE). Sendflowers.com then proceeded to blame the phone calls and voicemail on someone trying to SPAM CALL my mother-in-law (who spam calls for a FLOWER RETURN? RIDICULOUS!).
They refuse to refund me any money because they claim that spam calls are not their problem. Clearly, it was not a spam call and was some kind of mistake on their end. I assume between them and the local flower shop that they contract with.
Even if they DID refund me, the embarrassment and hurt they have caused my poor mother-in-law and my family doesn't even have a price worth fixing.
This is the worst company to use to send out a gift.
They show pictures of flowers, gift baskets, dish gardens, etc... and you never receive what your ordered! When I called them. They told me. Oh, they SUBSTITUTE things... yes, they SUBSTITUTEd bananas& oranges for plants! Omg, Twicevi ordered and my recipients received something totally different.
The flower shop called me this last time because they were given the wrong address... they also told me that this company is not very good. And that you NEVER RECIEVE WHAT YOU ORDER...

I order a fruit basket for my dad who is in lockdown because of covid. It was suppose to be delivered yesterday, i called last night and really didn't get an answer other then it's being delivered. I called again this morning and was told they talked to the local shop and it was out for delivery and would be there before 2. Well it's after 2 and still nothing! I made the mistake of ordering from them without reading the reviews first. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!
I ordered the Deluxe Classic Christmas Rose Bouquet that included red carnation, white roses, green poms, Christmas greenery and berries. There were no daisies in the picture or description. When I complained I received an apology and a $12 credit. Then I read all the bad reviews. This is my first and last time using them. I should have checked their reviews first.
Edit: My mother eventually received her flowers at 9:00pm. SendFlowers.com was also kind enough to fully refund me.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom who is has been on COVID lockdown at the senior facility where she lives. She's hasn't been outside of her room in 6 weeks and she's by herself and in a wheelchair. She has no Christmas decorations so I thought I would order her a Christmas centerpiece to brighten her room. I placed the order six days ago to be delivered on Dec. 22nd. Needless to say, she never received the flowers yet when I called SendFlowers, they told me they had been delivered. They told me they would do some research and call me back. I didn't have time to wait for that so I disputed the credit card charge and ordered through another company. I wish I read all the terrible reviews this place has before I placed my order with them.
I ordered a large Christmas centerpiece with candles over 3 weeks ago to be delivered to a family member for December 23,2020... received an email at 4pm on December 23,2020 informing me that the flowers would not be delivered until December 28,2020... 5 days late... I canceled the order...

I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so and hopefully help someone avoid what has happened to me. I ordered the holiday bouquet hoping to cheer up my uncle who's mom passed away and to spread holiday cheer. What he and my aunt received was a "hideous" arrangement that looked like a bunch of weeds with broken flowers, brown twigs and cheap taper candles. I called and spoke with a reporter who offered a $10 credit. I refused and insisted they send the correct arrangement that I paid $80 for. The arrangement was never delivered. I called a second time and was promised the arrangement would be delivered the next day. It was not, I called again today and was told a arrangement will be delivered Monday 12/28/20 after Christmas. I was informed it may not be the arrangement I ordered. I am devastated and will never used this service again. I do not expect them to keep their promise because so far all I'm getting is one lie after another. Total RIP OFF!
I ordered flowers well over 2 weeks prior to my mom's birthday. I get an email telling me the flowers are going to be a day late because of s candle in the order. I was fine with that. I called them this morning to confirm that the flowers were out for delivery. It's a good thing I called. I was THEN told by some customer service person that the flowers wouldn't be delivered until DECEMBER 28! That's WAY past my mom's birthday. This company makes profits off lies and they DON'T keep their end of the bargain.
