Please do not make the same mistake I did. I ordered Christmas cactus plants for both my Aunt and Grandmother. They certainly weren't cheap, but I was willing to spend the extra money for a plant that would bloom for years to come if taken care of properly. Below is what was sent, looking like terrible funeral flowers! For Christmas! And they only give a 30 percent refund! Buyer Beware!
Ordered some flowers for a very important occasion/date of significance. Last minute, your company said they could not fulfill the delivery date promised (even though I ordered well in advance--which is besides the point).
You promised, as an alternative, delivery by the next day. Nothing arrived, yet again. I called you and someone contacted the florist directly who then assured that the flowers would arrive at recipient's location before 6PM that same day, guaranteed. 6:15PM rolls around and flowers never arrived.

SendFlowers--thank you for nothing. Not sure who runs your company, but I'm pretty sure they need to get off of the couch and take a look at customer reviews and actually pay attention. Or, is it that you just don't care? Seems that way. Why don't you start living up to your business' name and actually SEND flowers? Lol.
Your one redeeming quality was the representative on the phone who immediately issued me a refund as he recognized how you hugely wasted my time. Thank you to that one person who kindly listened and cared. If only people at the top would exercise the same courtesies.
Sendflowers.com whowed up in my browser with great prices and hat looks to be quality merchanise. I picked an item, entered the zip code for delivery and then looked for the actual DELIVERY and misc fees so I would know the entire out the door cost for the product. As we all know these fees can make a "good" price and truly horrendous price. I could not get the cost. I called the 800 number and was told by the rep the only way I could get this was to put in all my details including payment and THEN I could know the totaal cost... and that I would get the chance to cancel after that. I don't think so. She said it will not take that much time tfill in the info. I explained it will as I have severe vision challenges. She said there are no exceptions and apparently no accomodations for those with disabilities. She was in Manila or somewhere nearby and may not know US law, but perhaps someone from SENDFLOWER should tell staff that there are exceptions to a really stupid policy... No oreders from me, EVER!
Sand flowers had more than enough time to deliver flowers they lied and said they couldn't find the business it was a church a big church and the flowers weren't delivered then they tried to offer me 30% discount I told them they breached the contract they needed to refund my full money because the flowers won't be to the services on time they didn't want to refund my full amount but eventually I had to threaten them with lawyers
My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend to be delivered the day she came home form surgery. They never got delivered and no one seemed to know where they were or why they were not delivered and had no tracking information. They promised through email someone would contact me no one ever did. I waited around 30 - 45 minutes on chat and kept getting the same answer which is we are sorry, no explanation. My order will be delivered as soon as possible and it was 8:30 pm the last time I checked on my order. I would not even give them 1 star that is being generous. Don't order from here if it is important that your order be delivered when promised.
After reading all these negative reviews I was really leary about using this business but decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Good price for a beautiful arrangement. The only thing wrong was their tracking option, it doesn't work. However, customer service was quick to respond to my inquiries. I would use this business again.
I ordered colorful flowers for a friend that had a heart attack and what I received was nothing like I ordered. I spent almost $70 and all I received was a $12 refund. I'm posting pictures of what I ordered and what was received to show they aren't even close to being comparable.
I called to confirm the online order. Called the hotel. End of the day that my son became engaged, no flowers, no chocolates, no bear! When trying to order over the phone, they don't mention the $15 fee til after you give your credit card. I asked if there would be any extra fees before giving out my credit card info.

Terrrible service! Flowers were not delivered! My 80 years old mom had her birthday yesterday. My brother had ordered the flowers through this company. He lives in a different country and was trying to surprise my mom!.

I placed an order for birthday flowers one week ahead of the birthday and set up the delivery for the day of my mom's birthday. She lives out of state and I wanted to surprise her. I received an email the day of her birthday at 3pm that they were not going to deliver her flowers with the excuse that the shop was not open, yet they placed me on hold to call the shop to see why there was no delivery. They said they would deliver the next day. I called to cancel the order and was met with a person who barely speaks English with lots of noise in the background/I'm assuming a call center. The woman was very rude and they gave me a refund however a partial refund. I had to call back to speak to another person who was hard to communicate with and this time they placed me on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally received a full refund, however I would avoid using this service because there was no reason why if I ordered flowers a week ahead of time that they couldn't have communicated to let me know instead of the day of that they were unable to deliver. Save your money, time and energy. Use another flower service!
The flowers delivered to my mother on a significant birthday when we couldn't be together were nothing like what I ordered. They looked like a cheap bouquet from a roadside gas station, and I ordered the deluxe bouquet! I really wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered. I have been issued with a full refund, but this company really messed up what should have been a special delivery. Do not buy from sendflowers.com!
I decided to send my family a bouquet (somewhat last minute) and found this website online. I was a bit skeptical based on some of the reviews I read, however the flowers & personalized note arrived as planned and they were beautiful! The customer service was also great - quick to respond and very helpful. Overall great experience!
My moms 80th first order never delivered after my mom waited all day so i gave another chance the next days order did arrive flowers were brown and not arrangement i picked not even close i wanted and paid for balloon no balloon and 3 roses as a signature they gave her carnations just awful! Never again to uses this service! They said they had photo of flowers at my moms but cannot provide me with that photo. I think they are so unkind and need to not be in this business!
Honestly my friend loved her bouquet and I was skeptical about the reviews I'm guessing it depends where you're at but mine was totally beautiful and for someone to come up with the he idea over ordering flowers and sending it whenever is great! :) thankful for this last minute gift. Money worth PERIOD! & my bouquet wasn't as expensive as the other reviews.
Ordered an arrangement online that was very pretty in a basket. My Aunt sent me the picture and it was a small bouquet in a mason jar. I could of bought same arrangement at Target for 10 bucks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! It states satisfaction guaranteed but then they have all these "substitution clauses".
Do not expect to have delivered what you ordered. Do not expect the delivery to look anything like the picture online. Arrangement was more greenery than anything else. An embarrassment to the purchaser. Credit after complaint barely covered delivery charge. I will dispute the rest. Do not expect to be contacted about a substitute.

A ridiculous amount of money for a pathetic display of flowers. The pictures online look nothing like what you actually get. DO NOT waste your money! You would be much better off going to Kroger or Costco!
I would like to blame the absolutely horrible service on only SendFlowers.com but it is also the florists that they chose to use. I purchase flowers weekly. Sometimes up to three times a week, every week. I gave SendFlowers.com multiple opportunities to correct their issues to no avail! The issues that occurred with me ranged from no delivery, to delivery to the wrong address, to delivery of the wrong bouquet, to inadequate flower substitutions. I understand that things that are outside of our control happens, however, when I addressed these issues I even pointed out their own policy to the customer service representative that the customer will be contacted if there is an issue or if the arrangement cannot be delivered as ordered. Only a week ago, after an issue with my order occurred, I even received a guarantee that they would contact me in the future with any issues. That was a lie. My latest order was not delivered with the excuse that the delivery man dropped the flowers and tried to knock on the door to let the recipient know however no one answered the door. It outraged me to understand that they essentially tried to blame the recipient for their failure. They have my phone number, my email, and the recipient's phone number, but no attempt was made to ensure the order got delivered and absolutely no attempt was made to contact me until I had to call them the next day to find out the issue. They have a terrible business model and do not deserve anyone's money! Two of the florists that had the biggest issues are in Indianapolis, Indiana and they are Del Rio Florist and Bokay Florist. Terrible, Terrible customer service and delivery practices.
I ordered a large fruit basket for my sons 35 birthday. I paid extra for same day delivery they sent me a email that it was delivered. I was at the house all day never showed. So I called they said it will take 24 hours to investigate. My wife was not having it she demanded a full refund. Stay away from this shady business.
Because I had to quarantine on my daughter's birthday, I decided to send her flowers. The bottom arrangement entitled Lavish Lilac was what I ordered. The very short arrangement is what was sent to her the first time. When I called to complain, they did resend the order from another flower shop. The taller vase is the second arrangement. I spoke with the owner of the second shop and it seems they dictate to the florist how many flowers should be in the arrangement, which is nowhere close to the amount of flowers seen in the picture. This company is devious. Never will I ever order from them again. I could have done both of these arrangements myself. Maybe next time I will
