Good service

Delivered on time, flowers look fresh, there's a difference, I have expected for it to be slightly bigger for a deluxe choice, there is more yellow in it but no yellow poms, no orange alstroemerias as described, that is why it looks cheaper, but still look pretty dissent, box of chocolates is bigger than expected. I have asked not to use clear vase and they did it for me. No complaints, I guess florist in White Lake, MI did a dissent job.

I ordered flowers for my 72 year old mom for her birthday. They never came. I called 2 days later. Send flowers said they'd call me back. They never did. I can't place a photo because the FLOWERS NEVER CAME! After a 45 minute phone call/hold and being told they were delivered (My mom was home all day and the dog never barked at the door. They were NOT delivered) I asked to be transferred to the supervisor and I was finally able to get a full refund.

This appears to be a con. I ordered the flowers, they took the money and then they emailed saying we needed to phone. When we phoned them they said we were randomly selected and they needed more information and the representative (with a very heavy foreign accent & LISP - not the best choice for telephone customer service) was *whispering*) was asking for all my card information and personal information to "verify". As we used Paypal to order, there should be no need for them to have "additional" details such as a card #, address, email address etc... Upon asking to speak to a supervisor, they hung up. We called back asked to speak to a supervisor and eventually got a very polite lady with a strong Indian accent but who spoke English very well and clearly but who could offer no light on why they needed the information, could only agree to "cancel" the order. All very suspect. Will be watching our Paypal account VERY closely for the next week or so and have reported them to Paypal.

We ordered a candy basket and balloon for $70. There was not even $10 of stuff in the basket and it was almost all chips and barely any candy. It was very disappointing. They will not answer any emails or calls in regards to it. If I would have known this I would have made our own basket and delivered it ourselves. Do not recommend at all.

The flowers represented on the website did not match actual delivered bouquet. I ordered lavish lavender rose bouquet. I paid for "premium" and extra greenery was added. Even the case was inferior. People need to be warned.

You ruined my sons 20th birthday! I paid almost $80.00 for a candy basket and ballon. He received Dollar Store candies and NO Ballon. How would you feel if your child was out of state alone and you tried to make his birthday special in anyway possible.? Thanks for the let down and for stealing my money!

I ordered a $100 gift basket from a friend getting out of the hospital. I ordered it in the morning and specifed it had to be delivered today. At 3:20pm I got an email telling me they will not be able to deliver. When I spoke to Customer Service I got 4 different women and none of them could speak English. I have no idea what they were saying and I kept asking to be trnansferred to a person that spoke English. Run away from this company.

First, the only reason I rated one star was because I had to in order to submit this review. So I ordered a fruit and plant basket for my friends' 50th, got an email at 4:48pm that it was delivered but when I spoke to my friend at 7:30 pm she had not received it. So I called customer service to complain and they told me that they would investigate and call me back. Oh, by the way, no apology. My friend facetime me at 10:28 pm stating that they deliver the basket. The basket looked like they went to the supermarket picked some fruits and went to the park and picked out the plant. It was horrible. It was embarrassing. I emailed to complaint and they still have not respond. Also they never called me back to let me know what happened in the first place. You can guarantee that I will never order from you people again.

Terrible service

Absolutely terrible service! My friend NEVER received her flowers on her birthday, I called them twice to find out what's happened with my order and they said it'll be delivered soon and it never happened! NOBODY ever called me with apologies or at least ask me if I want my money back, absolutely disgusting service! People order flowers for special occasions! Don't provide this type of service if you can't handle it! Close your business!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Ordered birthday arrangement including teddy bear and candy with flowers for my sister's birthday and despite the fact that they sent a confirmation of delivery, it never was delivered.
When I contacted customer service they offered their apologies and offered a 20% refund (?) despite never providing any of the order contents. They appear to be dishonest based on reviews I am currently seeing and likely are pocketing, stealing money from numerous online shoppers... stay away from these people

No funeral flowers
November 4, 2020

Placed order Sun. 11/1/20 for brothers funeral service 11/3/20@ 5:30pm. They advertise same day delivery but on 11/3/20@ 5:18 pm we received notice that they could not fill order we selected--giving choice of another selection. However, notification received 12 mins before 1hr service to start so how would they have gotten any arrangement there in a timely manner? Cancelled order--very upset! Will never use them again!

Horrible experience, NEVER AGAIN! My niece never received my order! Ordered gift basket and flowers, first they told me they couldn't provide a gift basket but flowers will be delivered on time... than flowers were NEVER delivered, they said they can TRY to deliver it in 2 days! I called them, couldn't even understand the person! Crazy! NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a wreath on a stand for my grandmother's funeral, and arranged to have it delivered the day before the funeral. To my surprise, I get to the funeral, and it's not there! I had to call them while I was at the funeral with my family, and make the complaint. The were delivered during the funeral, after everything was already set up, so here we are having to move a bunch of displays around so it can be set up! And on top of that, it wasn't even what I ordered! It was a spray, and I ordered a wreath! Never using them again!

My son has a compromised immune system and can't go tricker treating this year due to covid. I ordered a large candy gift basket and it never showed up.
Wow thanks for the refunded, but you advertise same day delivery. Why not just send another basket. What florist closes at 2pm on a Saturday? And they keep calling my phone back and hanging up. With all these bad reviews, time to go to state attorney general! SCAM

I ordered flowers for a friend of mine who is on bed rest for 6 weeks after major surgery. When they were delivered I asked her for a picture of them. They literally looked like something my 6 year old child would've picked out of my garden and shoved into an ugly vase. I complained, so they agreed to send out another arrangement. And although I paid extra money for same day delivery, they said they could only have it delivered on Monday since it was a Saturday...(WTH... Flower shops aren't open on weekends? Yeah right...) So Monday comes, and no flowers were delivered. I called on Tuesday to complain and they finally got another arrangement sent out. I asked my friend for another picture, and surprised surprise... Not at all like what the pictures was on their website. She ended up with 2 of the same ugly vases, with nothing special inside. So again... I complained and all they would do is refund $21 out of the $60 that I spent, and they gave me a $20 gift voucher... Like i'd ever order from them again. If you want flowers that are beautiful and match their description, and you want timely and helpful customer service, THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU! Where do I start? This was by far the worst arrangement I've ever paid for. The flowers did not match the website advertisement and the arrangement looked like it was from Walgreens. I don't know what kind of business these guys run, but they're not getting my business ever again! Stay away! I beg of you, use another website!

I ordered the white flowers in a silver vase and what was received was the red flowers in the red vase and they were to be delivered on Friday. When I called to complain the lady said that she would go ask the manager, came back and said they would issue a credit for 25%. I told her no that I needed the white flowers in the silver vase because it matched the theme of the birthday ladies party that was turning 85. The lady went and asked the manager again and then she told me they would resend the flowers since they obviously sent the wrong ones. On Tuesday I received an email with an apology that they were sorry but the flowers arrangement was unavailable that they would have customer service call me. I sent them an email letting them know if they didn't issue me a full credit that I would be disputing the charges and give them bad reviews. I never heard from them & I did dispute the charges and will not order from them again.

Never Again!

THEY ACTUALLY USED A FLORIST THAT HAD GONE OUT OF BUSINESS AND THEY WEREN"T AWARE OF THIS FACT! Never again! I ordered two bouquets, one to be delivered to Princeton, NJ, the other to Manhattan. They were both supposed to be delivered on 10/21/2020. Sendflowers.com sent me an email that the Manhattan one was delivered. It wasn't. I received an email from the recipients themselves in PRINCETON, NJ that they had received their bouquet. I called the company multiple times, they insisted both bouquets had been delivered, even telling me they had a signature from the MANHATTAN recipient, at 6:10PM on 10/21/2020. This phone call was at 9PM on 10/21/2020. This was a lie. They said nothing more could be done because the florists were all closed at that time. They then told me that they were very sorry, but the phone number of the Manhattan Florist who was supposed to deliver had a discontinued phone number, and they were no longer in business. All they could do was contact another florist and have a bouquet delivered on 10/22/2020. I asked about their guarantee. They said they could refund 10% of the delivery fee only. A bouquet was delivered on 10/22/2020. One day after they guaranteed satisfaction. This is not a guarantee, and I am not satisfied. I will never use this company again. Ever.

Extremely disappointing

I ordered a bouquet for my cousin's funeral. What they delivered was sloppy, haphazardly arranged, and except for the few sunflowers, had none of the flowers in the bouquet advertised. I was embarrassed and very upset. Their solution to this problem was to offer me a 30% refund. Satisfaction neither guaranteed nor received. They didn't even offer to replace it which is what they should have done. This is not a quality organization and the florists with which they contract are not very good either. If the florist couldn't provide the exact arrangement I ordered, I should have been contacted and given the option to choose something else. Never will I use Sendflowers.com again.
