Overall great experience working with Andrea Figueroa. I am disappointed in results however I know the circumstances could not have been changed by better service or better handling of the attempted sale of my home.
With Andrea's help, and human kindness, she turned the horrendous situation she inherited into an amazing one. Cataryna Draper has been extremely helpful in this experience. We missed her first email, I do not monitor my email on a daily basis. However, when she did not hear from us she called. If she had not called we would have missed out on the sale. When reviewing all of the paper work, if we any questions she responded quickly.
When I first considered selling my home, I was very concerned that it would be a very complicated process. At 70 years of age I really did not relish the idea of being homeless. I spoke with Cataryna Draper regarding the sort of offer I might receive for my home and the process of the transaction. I was pessimistic at first, having received many calls from cash buyer companies. But Cataryna Draper was friendly, knowledgeable and made me comfortable with the thought of selling off market. We got offered a fair price. I had the contract read by a Realtor friend, suspicious of finding hidden things and I was uneducated on how to do this myself. I'm happy to say there was nothing to worry about. Once the contract was signed, I was contacted by a closer, Mitch Portz, who explained next steps and how to get out of the contract if we ever wanted to. I'm looking forward to closing and am more trusting than when I started out.
