Do NOT send them anything! I sent them 2 boxes and never heard a word. I waited and waited with no notice and no payment. Tracking number said it was waiting to be picked up. Luckily for me my boxes were never picked up and they were automatically shipped back to me in 15 days, but all my emails and phone calls went unanswered. I'm sorry I didn't do my homework before shipping, but I was one of the lucky ones and actually got my stuff back (thank you USPS!) Fraud alert--do not use this company!
I have read many negative reviews about this web-site and all I can say is the people who wrote them must not have any patience. It took about 3 weeks but I received payment in full for all 3 orders totaling 478.00. I could not get anyone to answer my calls or e-mails but my prayers were answered in my mail box today!
I also sent this company a box. Worth about $150. It arrived at Austin, TX post office 9/20. By 9/30 after continued emails which they NEVER replied, Austin, TX sent it back to me. As unclaimed. And I still had to pay the $13.50 return postage. BIG SCAM. They claim they will pay top dollar but they don't do anything!. BIG SCAM. DO NOT USE.
I have sold this company DVDs a couple of times and they eventually paid but I fear they got me this time to the tune of 200.00. One of their tricks is to send you a shipping label with a tracking number but in your account information by your order numbers they list a different tracking number which links to USPS and will forever read not found. Of course when you enter the correct tracking number it shows that they received it but they never respond to any communication. I was foolish to trust them again but they suck you in with good price quotes. They have had my property since 4-19-16, but under the quote number on their website it reads awaiting shipment with the fake tracking number. I too have filed a BBB complaint and FTC the Austin police is next.
I sent four packages to this site, and I actually got the pay for three packages. But it took two months to get the $214 I was owed. I now am owed only $71, but its from last AUGUST! Like I said in another review, he pays some quotes, and others he doesn't.
This site is completely untrustworthy. I sent $48 worth of DVD's to Sell-DVDs.com in early December 2015. I received an email on 12/23/2015 notifying me that the discs had been received. Now it is early February 2016 and I have heard nothing, nada. No response to MULTIPLE email inquiries. You may as well throw your DVDs in the garbage than sell to this site!
I send 5 dvd to them but they never send money to my paypal. After 4 week from movies arrive, I decided to change my paypal link in case if they try to steal money. GUESS what! Next day they send me email that states they already send money. SURE! My $#*!.
I was scared when I sold sell-dvds.com my dvds. I sold over 150, and I read so many bad reviews I didn't think I would ever get paid for them. Well, about 2 weeks later I got my check in the mail and couldn't believe it! Well deserved A+. Don't believe everything you read! :)
It's been three months. They owe me close to $260. I've filed a theft report with the Austin Police Department. Waiting to hear back. Don't use this website.
Since my last review this idiot Jeffery winkler still has not answered my numerous e mails or attempts to get my items back or the money I was quoted now I have to sue this piece of crap and the Austin tx police are as efficient as a boat with a screendoor bottom do not buy or sell anything to this crook he will not answer you at all he is commiting fraud hes a scam and should be in prison the government needs to shut him down now
What a terrible thing for a company like this to have customers trust them and just get ripped off. Worst part? How can they still stay in business.

Do NOT use this site to sell your CDs or DVDs. I made a huge mistake sending at least $150 retail to this loser, He not only kept my DVDs and never paid me - he never returned any emails or calls, and had the nerve to send one of my DVDs back - I guess it didn't suit his taste in thievery. I have all the documentation and submitted claims to the proper authorities, but they won't do anything.
Just DON'T DO IT.
I sent $140 worth of DVDs to them it still says under status awaiting shipment for my package but I sent it I have the stamped card I got from the post office saying it was shipped off to them I've sent them to emails got no response back now I'm seeing all these bad reviews about them and now I'm realizing this was just a scam so I will be contacting the police department about this.
