We ordered new blinds after our renovations, we had the old type with plastic slats. Which holds all kinds of dust. When we found your company we ordered for 1 room, and they look fantastic. So then we ordered blinds for all of our windows. Being able to pick it being inside the window vs covering the entire window with the matching cassette; we are just thrilled with them all. We had 9 windows and they will have all 'select blinds" one other note, we got them made to fit our windows perfectly. We couldn't be more happy with them.
We have order once before and we are thrilled with the shades. I just ordered another set. We love them. Can't wait for the next set to get here.
This is our second time ordering from Select Blinds, and I'm always pleased with the quality of the product when it arrives. Installation was super easy and I wouldn't hesitate buying from them again should the need arise.
Very easy to use and understand the SelectBlinds site. I ordered more of the same blinds that I have in other rooms of my house. I have had the previous blinds for 4 years now, they are great, so it was easy to order more.
I couldn't find another color that matched what I wanted better than the rosemary bamboo blinds and I finally splurged and ordered them. They look great but they are a little less wide than I wish, but true to my measurements so it's my fault and not the company's. Great product. Straight forward install.
I got a free sample last year after trying some amazon ones that just weren't the right color and didn't hang quite right. I have held onto the sample all this time thinking when I have enough money I'll get one here, and that's why I'm back with this first order, made possible because of the 40% code. I hope I love them as much as the sample😃
The blinds I ordered were expected and supposed to be 'fabric with satin appearance', per online description and image, where in reality I received plane plastic cheap looking rollers.
After initially contacting the customer service via phone and e-mails, with request for replacement, a month after, there still no reply with attempt for resolving the problem.
Yesterday, I requested a refund, but there's still no response from SelectBlinds.
Very nice looking blinds, but on the first use they move incorrectly. They didn't slide up straight across horizontally and now hang crooked. It is sad that we paid so much for them, for this happen. We have other cordless blinds from other companies in the house and that have not behaved this way.
The website was easy to navigate, the directions for measuring my window before ordering were very clear, my custom-made blinds arrived very quickly and were very easy to install. Very happy with the cordless blinds we selected. Excellent quality.
I was so happy with my first order (5 blinds) that I am ordering again!
The first set we ordered were produced and shipped quickly. They were costly so we purchased one to see if we liked it. We did. So we ordered another one exactly the same only not remote. Took over a month to get, which would've been fine if the first ones wouldn't have come so quickly so we expected it quickly. The second set sags in the middle and the bottom of them are crooked and very noticeable. There's a piece of fabric in the upper left that sticks out and noticeable. If this would've been the first set…never would've ordered again. Thankfully we didn't purchase for all of our windows in our new home, so expensive and so disappointed on the second set

I ordered replacement blinds for Southern exposure windows. A bit tricky since they no longer carried the same color for some. The one window blind replacement for a large window where the original blind turned out to be too heavy and eventually failed, now has a lighter blind and that part is great. Unfortunately, I did not get one with a press-button open and closure like I had before and it is just a piece of plastic to grab. Therefore, the blind is difficult to close completely. Not like the one I was replacing. Fast delivery and good product.
The website defaulted to a measurement that was hardcoded into the system at my time of order. It is not what I needed and I have spoke to reps, filed claims, and it is still not fixed.
I need my money back or my order corrected!

I picked a light filtering Roman shade in an off white and what the website failed to mention is that without a liner you can see the gear mechanism through the shades. So I have pretty white linen shades with a big blue and green box at the top that you can clearly see on every window. So frustrating and customer was the worst, no help at all!

We ordered 5 different sizes which amounted to 9 total window blinds. The install was easy and all blinds fit into the space they were made for. The hardware for the wall mount has a spring loaded mechanism which came apart on a couple of the holders but I was able to put them back together and use the holders as intended. The only other item to note was that we have a couple of short windows of about 36 inches height and the wand for opening and closing was the same length as for the taller windows. So the same wand is used for all size windows although it seems long for shorter windows. I'm sure we'll get used to it.
We did not have to contact customer service so can't speak as to how they support the product.
Arrived longer than expected. The pull in the back of the shade to move it up and down is an inconvenience. I thought it was totally cordless and this has a ring with a cord which retracts the shade. I will not order this type of shade again.
Ordered new top down/bottom up cellular shades for several rooms. It was easy to order, and the shades were easy to install (some were large and required two people, but my husband and I could do it together easily). They look great in the space and were just what we wanted.
I recently ordered black Roman shades from Select Blinds and I am beyond impressed! I got some with a blackout liner and others with a standard liner, and both are fantastic. The blackout shades work wonders for keeping the light out, and the standard liner ones look just as beautiful. They fit perfectly in my windows, and the quality is top-notch.
Measuring for the shades was super easy. I followed the step-by-step guidelines and watched the helpful videos, which made it foolproof. Installing them was a breeze too! With just a few simple tools, it took me around a minute per window.
I am so happy with how they turned out and even more thrilled with how affordable Select Blinds is. I saved hundreds compared to other brands and still got amazing quality. I would 100% recommend Select Blinds to friends and family. These shades are an absolute steal and they completely transformed my space!
Very satisfied with the looks and functionality of the blinds, but the delivery took WEEKS! When I looked at the history of the package, it had been to multiple states. I realize shipping may be out of SelectBlinds control, but I think they should follow-up on delivery & research the issues.
Instructions are difficult to decipher when the diagrams are not drawn well. The bracket should have a better design to allow the headrail to lock into place without being wobbly. Lastly the cordless blinds should all come with at least two handles.
One of my two cats (the young trouble maker) decided she wanted to sit on the top of my previously purchase select blind. Of course, it had to be the bigger most expensive one. In her attempt to sit on the 2 inches of blind rail, she fell and her claws grabbed the cells, ripping them all tge way down. Thus I got online and ordered a new one. I will always use select blind as you have a great product that's easy to order.
Super easy, great pricing, the dimensions were super weird and they got them cut cheaper than anywhere else. They look great. The only thing I didn't like was there were no instructions included for install, and it took my dumb brain a frustrating three minutes to finally figure it out.
We order three blinds all the same, but our order had one blind that not what we ordered. We got two light filtering and one black out which also didn't fit to wide. It took almost 4 weeks to got the one we ordered, with many texts.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
