We ordered 3 cellular shades with the top down feature. We are very impressed with the product and service. The blinds fit perfectly, we're easy to install, and we love the cordless option. They arrived quickly and in good condition. And the price couldn't be beat. We would definitely recommend Select blinds.
Really enjoyed them. Customer service wait time is WAY too long that is the only issue. Also, install was pretty easy, but I wish they would include a paper template to hang, which would make it a bit easier, but it was still pretty easy. REally happy with all of it and for the price you can't beat the quality

The ordering process was very simple. Select is one of a few that still offers two blinds on one header - essential for 1980's style fixed pane windows with a side casement operable window. The shade seems of good quality and well made. Operates very simply without the need for cords. Would order again.
Several years ago my husband and I ordered 2 sets of chodless light filtering shades in prefect white. One set recently broke; the agent was able to find our old order and replace the shade with the exact asme prodect as last time. Perfect and easy!

I got the basic exposed roller version. I like not putting a cover over it but the brackets stick out and look ugly. My biggest gripe is that when I pull down to roll it back up, it doesn't go. I have to push it up and then roll it from the top.
I used two of the three lines of communication to change my order from light filtering to room darkening as soon as I saw the order confirmation. One was a chat bot that was utterly unhelpful the other was clicking the link in the confirmation that offered to modify the order if: " Notice an "oops?" Contact our awesome Customer Care Team, and we'll help you get it fixed." This was 8 minutes after the order was placed on a Saturday night. Monday morning I got an email saying my order was being processed which I replied to as well. If 24 hours is the window to change my order, then I expect my clear communication through the channels of communication that you offer to be heard and processed. I called customer service after my order arrived to ask for my order to be changed. Apparently if I measure wrong they'll take the product back within 1 month, but the product type cannot be changed.

We were trying to match some existing shades in the same room and came pretty close. We appreciate the option for a metal pull chain. That is the same as our older shades. The shade does a nice job reducing most of the afternoon glare.
Reason for the delay in response has been the tardy installation of the blind. Very much appreciate the expeditious manufacture and shipment of this order, You filled the order exactly as ordered in quality, color, and detentions, Thank you over much
I'm so disappointed with the blind because It was damaged in shipping. I called customer service and they within 1 to 2 days reoffended the full amount and told me to keep the blind. I also wish that the blind would have shown that it was not the no drill type and instead it arrived with mounts. The whole point of my buying this blind was not having to drill holes and attach the mounts.
Shipping took about 4 days longer than expected, due to FedEx, not select blinds. There was one little defect. At the bottom of the blind, it is sealed by ultra sonic welding, on one side it never got sealed at the factory. Not too big of a deal, I super glued it shut. I will say this, the instructions for measuring could be clearer. I should be stated that the cassette will measure end to end what is ordered. I was under the assumption that the blinds itself was that measurement. When choosing a cassette, the with of the binds will be reduced by about 3/4" of an inch on both ends. It still worked out for me since I did a surface mount installation. The pull chain is plastic. It gives it a cheap look. Metal would have been better. I give 4 out of 5 stars.
I like the quality of the shade. It works well however, the shade is so tight and it hasn't relaxed over a month that it doesn't stay down completely so I have a couple of inches of sunlight that peeks through. Next time I will know to order at least 3 inches longer so it doesn't pop back up.
We were able to clamp the main unit on the window frame and it is secured firmly. However, when we try to install the blind to the frame above, we can not get it to snap into place or stay in place. So, it is completely unusable!

I ordered samples of a few different colors and received those quickly. I ordered over $1000.00 worth of blinds from the sample and was shipped completely different terrible color blinds. I have spent the last two months getting the run around from the most ridiculous customer service department. Thank god I paid with PayPal because they are incredible. Don't expect to get what you order or for them to care at all.

Fit was good, when I depressed the lever to engage the spring the plastic lever broke off a piece of plastic making it unusable (must have had the fit too tight)? Anyway, took the metal mounting brackets off the now useless headrail and mounted the blind per usual brackets screwed into window jamb.

I placed my order, I got my product in less than 2 weeks (in the busiest time of the year, Christmas).
Great quality, beautiful color, stunning design. This is my second order! They also offer great discounts, especially during holidays. Don't hesitate to place your order. Make sure you read the exact measurements and follow the indications. The site is user friendly and easy to place your order, you even have a place to add your special notes.
This is a great company! The ordering process is super easy, you just put the size of your window in and select whatever window treatments you want. They're very nice quality and very easy to hang (this time I ordered the dark matchstick or bamboo blinds that are cordless.
This is the second time I order roman shades from Select Blinds and I am very satisfied with both, the quality of the product and the shopping experience. Easy to install, great fabric and confection, overall a great choice!
Easy process, lots of options clearly explained. I am a returning customer and I love the quality and the amount of options that Select Blinds provides.
Have purchased several blinds in the past and find that the quality is top notch. Needed to replace a blind that failed and searched past orders and found the blind I needed. Didn't need to install brackets and popped into place quickly. Unfortunately I just missed the 3-year warranty period so had to pay for replacement but it was worth it.
The blinds fit perfectly, all were delivered on time during a half price sale. The next order, I had to wait for a special blind to go on sale, got it half price. It was delivered timely. They all fit perfectly and were easy to put up.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
