We love this 60" long Roman shade. We wish that you had not changed the pull cord to plastic beads in a looped cord. We think that the strings looked better. We'd also prefer metal to plastic. Other than that, the shades are beautiful and perfect.
Unsatisfied with the look of the liner from the outside of my house. I assumed it would match the shade style but it is just an off white silk material that doesn't match at all and looks bad looking from the outside which is what I cared about most with a big front window

Unhelpful instruction booklet and confusing orange plastic loop unexplained in instructions. No spring roller function on left side. Would t work. After we drilled holes, installed brackets etc. Frustrating waste of an hour. We are experienced in roller blind installation. This one didn't work at all. Thoroughly disappointed. Will call customer service tomorrow to complain.

We ordered five customized roller shades for large windows. Very happy with the look, installation was easy but very unhappy about the price. The order confirmation showed total price of $1294 with a 50% discount but the amount charged to my credit card did not reflect the discount

We got these within days of ordering. Install was quick & easy. They've been up a few weeks now & look great, plus block the majority of light.
I shop at select blinds and have always been very pleased. With the prestige solar shade, I am not. The the roller header is massive. Almost 4 inches. It mentioned in the details I need 2 1/2 inches for inside mount, but it is so big I cant use it nor can I return it. There needs to be specific detail dimensions of the header. Very expensive paper weight. I measure everything properly, it is just so huge it can't be used.

These shades are very poor quality. They get stuck in the bottom position and I have to struggle to get them to roll back up. The cardboard roll comes completely exposed when I try to get them to roll back up. I do not recommend. I've ordered from select blinds before and loved what I got in the past but these are not good

I bought a custom-size, basic old-school pulldown shade. Size was perfect and installation was a breeze. Although I just bought an ivory color, there were many options and nearly unlimited sizes.

I ordered two sets of blinds for sliding doors. The blinds were priced fair, came in a reasonable amount of time, were easy to install, and look great! Very pleased.
While I know I did not buy the most expensive brand... I am very disappointed with the quality and functionality of the blinds.
They are NOT 'solid' or opaque - meaning they let A LOT of light through... the samples were misleading I used for pre-sale comparisons...landing on the Levalor blinds I ended up buying... The actual blinds which are shipped are semitransparent- meaning on sunny days they do not block 100 percent of the light and even have a glow as the sunlight penetrates the blinds...and this is NOT even direct sunlight.
In addition to this... the blinds do not close evenly. There is only one section that completely closes...and its a small area... the bottom and top do not close - leaving gaps that allow a lot of light thru. This is on ALL blinds ordered...so its a quality issue too.

I ordered 2 blinds in December and after many many calls with no answer I now see that my order has been canceled. I haven't received a refund for $138 I spent to buy these blinds
Do not do business with this company. I told them I would go to the Better Business to file a complaint and the representative threatened me with no longer that if I did that they would no longer talk to me. Mob tactics.

Very well-made packed very well very durable. Wish you would've came with different mailing brackets but overall, I believe I figured it out with some duct, tape and twisty ties being military when I say one of the hardest things ever put up in the front dash of my RV, I want you to picture Individual laying on their back with their foot up in the air holding the blind up while trying to drill into the upper part frame where the sunshade is, wish I could send a picture

I ordered the tri cellular shades in antique linen. I ordered a sample to be sure the color was true to the picture and it was. The shades themselves are incredible. I love the options of light or no light and installation with the drill-less frame made these shades worth every penny. I am very happy with the simple instructions, the quality, and the color. Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
