Very easy to use and understand the SelectBlinds site. I ordered more of the same blinds that I have in other rooms of my house. I have had the previous blinds for 4 years now, they are great, so it was easy to order more.
These blinds are great, but the holes did not line up with the hanger hardware. I had to drill a holes to correct the issue. One completed and hung, the shade works great, very easy to pull down and up. Stays in position when shade is up does not slip and move down.
We love these blinds! Living in a cold climate, we did not realize how much the blinds would keep the cold out (and the heat in.) The price is competitive. They look amazing. So much classier than the cheesy curtain I had for the window covering. Very easy installation. My husband and I did not have to say one single swear word!
The only issue we had is that I measured exact and it was too snug in the window. However we were able to alter things a little and it worked out perfectly!
The wait was worth it! Gave it 4 stars due to lack of knowledge to anticipate delivery date. Other than that it was a seamless experience.
When I ordered my curtains I expected two panels but received only one for over $40.00. I had to reorder again at over $40.00 to get a second panel. For the size of panels was not worth over $80.00. Very disappointed. Also there was no where I could call or email about this.

I ordered 2 cellular blinds, one approximately 36" and the other 72". I got both of them with the tension mounts. The 36" window went perfectly. The tension mount popped right in, and the blind hooked right onto it with no effort whatsoever... perfect! The 72" window was another story... first, the tension mount was not sized accurately, so when I tried to mount it, the mount bowed because it was too long. I called tech support. They had me send pictures. I had to wait 2-3 days for feedback only to be told that the pictures I supplied were not sufficient and that I needed to send more. I sent more pictures and had to wait 2-3 more days for feedback. Then, I was on vacation. When I got back home, I tried the new instructions, and after 5 adjustments, it fit nicely. If it had fit properly from day 1, it would've be awesome, but if it's wrong, it's not nearly as efficient. If you happen to order a tension mount and it comes too long, use a T10 torx screwdriver and tighten the screw on the left side (end that does not have the tension lever). Supposedly, that screw can adjust up to 1/2".

The website was so user friendly and my blinds arrived very well packaged and all the window blinds installed with ease and the fit was perfect and the quality excellent. Transformed my windows and the overall look of my home beautifully.

Inside mounting measurement instructions and ease of data entry for measurements was very easy.
One blind out of two received. Have received minimal follow up about why the 2nd blind has not been delivered even while reaching out 6+ times myself.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering blinds online. I followed the directions for measuring on the website, and was honestly surprised that they fit perfectly. I ordered roller shades to replace the original miniblinds in an rv.
Wrong color valence was sent. Took 3 weeks to resolve issue. On hold for 40 minutes to reach customer service. Text feature completely useless, Chat feature not much better. E-mail response promised in 24-48 hours but never happens

I ordered the blinds and received them within two weeks. I have cats that love tugging at strings so the cordless option is perfect. I ordered my first blinds about 3 years ago. They are such high quality and look almost brand new even after all this time.
We are not handy so hired someone to put it up. Need to keep that in mind when you rate ease of installation

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
