The blinds were too wide. The website didn't explain how to do the measurements well. It also didn't come with a rod to hang the curtains. That was not made clear when the order was placed.
This order was a replacement blind for one that failed. I purchased 10 blinds in 2020. Since then, four have failed (the top-down bottom-up cords have torn). The website has been useless! My original order did not show up when I tried to file a claim. I had to call Select Blinds to file the warranty claim for the first three that failed. Since I could not find my previous orders on the website, I simply ordered a new blind when this last one failed. All blinds arrived well packaged and fit well. The installation was easy.

Blinds were easy to install… quality was excellent. Raise/lower easily
Measuring directions were spot on, easy to follow. Able to get good fit on only in level windows.
We purchased these for our babies room and while I think the material was great, they are not full blackout curtains. We got exact measurements and yet SO much light still came through the top… We basically wasted $70 and had to buy different ones from another seller. I would not recommend for blackout curtains.

Arrived quickly. Easy instructions. New shades look good.
Fabric is quality. Roman shades great but I wanted motorized and got the Connect bridge and it was also supposed to work with Alexa. Can't get bridge to work all 3 shades together and plug in to recharge isn't in a good accessible place.
I was a little disappointed when my blinds didn't come in all together at the same time, but after making a call to Customer Service, I received the rest in a couple of days. I love my blinds, and I will need just a couple more to finish my windows. I will order from here.
It's my experience that you never really know what you're going to get when you order something online. In this case it worked out very well.
The only issue I had was with the mounting screws which stripped out. May I suggest that you use a star pattern from this point on. The fit and the look of the bamboo shades was better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this product.
I have purchased approximately 25 different blinds for large sliding glass doors (6 feet) to very small window. This time I ordered an electric shade. I was not sure about my order so I called Select Blind

We chose inside mount for our three windows that create one big picture window. Older house, new windows. We had to buy anchors to be able to mount in the windows. I just wish the mounting instructions would have been more clear when you are selecting what type. Also was bummed that inside mount didn't have the cordless lift. It's a little obnoxious how many times we have to pull the cord to raise and lower. Now that they are hung they do look nice! And seem to be pretty good quality. Definitely watch for sales! We ordered during president's day sale and it was about a 3 week lead time.

I've now ordered four Roman shades from select blinds - two colors. The experience couldn't have been better! The free samples arrived quickly - allowing me to find the perfect color. I was also impressed by the softness and quality of the fabrics. I placed my order and the shades arrived ahead of schedule! The install couldn't have been simpler - blinds were up in under ten minutes from when the package opened! They work (and look) great - I am so happy with my new blinds!

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
