One of my two cats (the young trouble maker) decided she wanted to sit on the top of my previously purchase select blind. Of course, it had to be the bigger most expensive one. In her attempt to sit on the 2 inches of blind rail, she fell and her claws grabbed the cells, ripping them all tge way down. Thus I got online and ordered a new one. I will always use select blind as you have a great product that's easy to order.

We ordered 8 window covering. One of the best decisions we made was to order them with the no hardware installation brackets. They work flawlessly and are easy. One of the coverings was also ordered with the power option operation. That was a great decision also.

Got the motorized blinds because we have a very big window in our master bedroom and also got the protection plan because I wasn't confident with my measurements. But happy to share that I measured correctly, fits perfectly and I absolutely love it!

Received all my blinds and I love them. Only one issue on one of the blinds, the top header is coming off. Did put in a claim so hopefully it will be resolved.

Had to contact your facility twice. Part of the order was lost in one of the shipping facilities.

We order three blinds all the same, but our order had one blind that not what we ordered. We got two light filtering and one black out which also didn't fit to wide. It took almost 4 weeks to got the one we ordered, with many texts.

Very easy to purchase, my customer likes them. This was the third order I placed for him.

No real complaints. Everything came as I ordered it, and for three of the four windows, they went on relatively easily and look great. For the fourth window, however, I had to jerry-rig things a bit. It is an old house. It was built by hand in 1930 or so, and the window framing was not the same as what you would find in a more recent build. The fourth window had very thin framing around it, so it was not possible to hang the blinds in a way that did not have the jutting out a bit. That's on me, though, I should have checked that before I placed the order.

We ordered 5 different sizes which amounted to 9 total window blinds. The install was easy and all blinds fit into the space they were made for. The hardware for the wall mount has a spring loaded mechanism which came apart on a couple of the holders but I was able to put them back together and use the holders as intended. The only other item to note was that we have a couple of short windows of about 36 inches height and the wand for opening and closing was the same length as for the taller windows. So the same wand is used for all size windows although it seems long for shorter windows. I'm sure we'll get used to it.
We did not have to contact customer service so can't speak as to how they support the product.

I was worried about me measuring the windows correctly, but everything I ordered fits and looks great.

Our blinds are in a timely manner. We were pleased with the quality and look of them. Installation was fairly easy. We only wish we had paid the $9.99 for the measurement guarantee. Unfortunately one of our windows isn't exactly square so we had to install one blind as an outside mount.

Easy to install. This order did not include the longer screws for the cord tensioner so I had to get my own.

I needed a wide blackout shade for my home office window which faces due south. I found a vinyl roll down through select blinds which was perfect.
