I'm a forever fan of this company. They replaced a blind I order due to a small flaw on the fabric. Received it within 2 weeks!

I am very satisfied with the service, quality and price for black out window shades. I will be using them for more windows in the future for sure!

Select Blinds' staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
The only thing I wish Select Blinds' did more of would be to offer more recommendations and suggestions. Although the representative was very helpful, if I had some guidance about the product I purchased, I would have altered my measurements. I'm unhappy with my outcome.

I am in the midst of a weeks-long battle to get resolution on my last order. Nine of twelve Roman shades were made to an incorrect length. I followed all claim procedures, sending 45 photos (as requested). Customer Service is deplorable and seems to be stalling in getting this resolved. I will NEVER order from Select Blinds again!

Had an issue with my shade where the lift system wasn't operating. It was an extremely easy and seamless resolution. Really glad I chose to purchase from Select Blinds. I have since purchased more and will definitely use them again in the future!

Our blinds arrived too small. Followed the instructions given on the video as to how to measure a roller blind, but the instructions don't tell you that you are really measuring for the header and not the actual shade. Very confusing. We paid for the guarantee, but did not cover. We were just offered a chance to repurchase with a small discount. Not happy. I have used another blind company for years and never had problems. I will never use this company again.

I've had success with this company for a few years now. I've been pleased with the various products I've ordered until this last order I placed. The cordless mechanism doesn't work well at all and is of a terrible quality. My shades don't raise easily. I contacted customer service over 3 weeks ago and still no resolution. I definitely do not recommend the cordless canvas Roman shade. It may be fine with a cord but definitely not cordless.

The luxury solar solar blinds let way to much light on. We can't even be at the desk on the computer. So sad I chose them.

I was a little nervous with measuring, but I followed the video directions and the blinds fit perfectly. Love the color and quality of the blinds.

The shades arrived in very quickly after ordering. Installation was quite straighforward.
There was a problem with the motorized shade, which was resolved in an efficient way and a replacement was sent. The instructional videos are an area that can be improved. The video feature a much different holding mechanism than the one sent to us. In particular, removing the shade from the window using their instructions was difficult if not impossible. The same instruction was provided by the help desk. However, using a flat head screw driver freed the blinds in a matter of seconds.

Have used selected blinds multiple times always very happy with their product easy ordering quick delivery and easy installation!

Product wasn't quality as expected; you get what you pay for... flimsy and cheap. I chose not to install and keep paper blinds.
