Fed ex took my blinds to my neighbors house even though I have large house numbers on my brick mailbox and on my house next to the front door.
Absolutely horrible. 2of the blinds had a problem. Called customer service 3 or 4 times and emailed the problem along with a video showing the problem.
No one has ever called or emailed me back addressing what you're going to do about it.
I plan on calling my credit card company and lodge a dispute for the price you charged me.

We ordered many samples of shades. We ordered the same shades for 12 windows. One of the boxes we received was for someone else's shades. They were the wrong size, the wrong fabric, and had a different room label than the ones we ordered. When I contacted customer service about the error, they were very rude. I would expect them to apologize for the error and then expedite getting the correct shades sent out. They wanted me to prove that they were wrong by sending pictures of me measuring the shades (despite the label saying the measurement) in addition to my photos of the shades and label. And then they said I had to wait 3 days for a response to determine if an error occurred. They never responded so I called again and they curtly told me a new shade was in production and it would ship in 2 weeks. They would not accept the incorrect shade being returned and disconnected the call after telling me they'd looked into it. Really rude, incompetent customer service. If you never have to talk to them, the products are good. But if something goes wrong, yikes.

The blinds are perfect and are the only ones I have in My home. I wish I could order all the ones I need. Thanks for being a great company that makes ordering so easy.
After receiving and install the blinds seem to be lesser of quality than what we purchased a few years back. Thinner material. Wrinkles and doesn't relax overtime as previous purchase did. May end up light steaming the material. This house was a recent purchase. Still need to get blinds for some upstairs window. Thinking my next purchase will be shopped around a bit. The cost wasn't justified by the product this time.
One of my blinds had an imperfection in the cut (it bulged beyond the edge got anout 8 inches causing the shade not to lay down. I called customer service and sent requested pictures. They promptly sent a replacement! Thanks for great service and standing behind product!
We have a window around 94" wide, needed a new covering. Ordered Roman shades from SelectBlinds. Great selection, ordering was easy! Receiving the product, however, took 1 month... it shipped later than expected and then got suck in customs for over a week (product made in Vietnam). We are happy with the look and quality of the product.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for any issues with your order including concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.
For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width, you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement, please refer to our 90-day Customer Satisfaction policy.

The blinds we ordered are amazing and were very easy to install! Only downside and a knock off a star was that these were ordered 9/1 and just got delivered 10/15. Other than that, will definitely shop here again!
Delivery information was not consistent, very disappointed with the back and forth and getting to a live English speaking representative was just terrible! Also, i am disappointed blinds NOT made in USA.
First shade was delivered with incorrect measurements and the replacement order was delivered with incorrect fabric. Select Blinds did refund my money without issue but disappointing. I have placed several orders in the past without issues.

I have used SelectBlinds for three rooms already. I loved the first room, and each product has been better than the last. I needed to utilize their warranty for the first job, and they replaced the blind with no problem. This last order was the best of all. The instructions said that the installation of the Roman blinds was a snap, and they were right! The only reason I gave them 4 stars was that the blinds got stuck in customs due to the expiration of a trade agreement, which caused a huge bureaucratic backlog at the border and wasn't SelectBlinds fault.
Their products may not be cheap, but they are durable and worth every penny.
Searching for what I wanted was much easier with SelectBlinds than many other sites. They made it clear that I would need additional hardware and hubs in order to automate my blinds with Alexa.
Installation was very easy and the blinds paired with the included remote control instantly. Interestingly, my Alexa recognized the blinds even without the additional hub, but could not actually control them. This isn't a huge deal other than it seems like the ability to pair with Alexa *without* the hub should have been possible. Once the hub arrived a few days later, it was easy to set up and link to Alexa. The one dislike that I have is that I haven't been able to use Alexa voice commands to partially open/close the blinds. I'll keep digging in any documentation to see if this is possible.
The ordering process was exceptionally straightforward and user-friendly. The delivery was remarkably swift, and the quality of the shades was truly exceptional.
The blinds are a good price. It was a little disappointed because I was not made aware that the blinds are not permanently set in the slots. I understand that they probably don't do that because you can take them out and clean them easier, however, if you bump into them, the slats will fall out very easily. Other than that, they were easy to install, and they are pretty good quality.

Cheaply made, overpriced for what you get, the orders take way too long to receive and the fit was trash. Lowe's or Home Depot would have been a better choice all around.

This is my second order of Zebra Shades from SelectBlinds. I love the look it gives my home. Hanging and setting the automatic shades was easy.
Select Blinds had exactly what I was looking for. I received my samples in the mail which helped me decide on the right color of shade that I wanted for the first floor.
Select Blinds is a great company. I never have any problems. I ordered the wrong size and didn't great a swatch. My bad. The blinds were a beautiful color but didn't match my decor. It was an expensive mistake. Measure twice and order swatches.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
