Easy to follow when selecting color and size. Kind of misleading or confusing about the headrail that is included. Only option appears to be an additional headrail/hardware added to each shade, or blind, for an additional $30.+. I didn't order them and the headrail included wasn't difficult to install. And they look so nice.

I'm a returning customer and own a restaurant that is where I use them, great product. But we ordered the same blinds as we had and all the hardware is different, so we had to change everything. I also think the blinds are cheaper made.

The ease of the ordering was great. If you know ALL your information, it is elementary. So great to use. Ordered one blind for a "test" window in the basement bar area and it was perfect. We ordered samples (which is great that they give up to 15 freebees)to get three more and a patio door blind as well... and convincing the wife.to do the whole house in these.
