Loved the ease of ordering and all the measuring instructions
We are trying to purchase the entire bedroom set and wanted to try one order first but the website charges handling fee per order, which is disappointing. Also, the actual blinds are narrower than we expected so now we are not sure what size we should order for the bedroom windows.

Accidentally placed the wrong shade texture/ density by the previous rep, but it was sort of my fault too. Called customer service and spoke to Donna. She resolved it after the research and called me back to inform me that she'll send the samples and then free of charge to replace.
