The rods on the blinds are too short.
I made several attempts to communicate with customer service and it was always difficult. They use only text chat for communication.
My rods on 9 windows are over 6ft off the floor and impossible to reach by many. And this is a handicap accessible home.
I have requested long replacement rods multiple times and the request was denied.
The pull cords are also too short and over 6ft off the ground. (10 ft ceiling, window height 9 ft) I requested extra cord and I would add length to the current cords. This request was also denied with a statement that "the blinds were made correctly and that I should have requested longer cord". The length of the cord is not in the description and on an 80+ inch blind- a professional blind company should realize that this is a tall window. It should not be left in the customer.

The blinds look so good in my dad's house. I'm so glad that I ordered from Select Blinds. Just AMAZING!
Our windows are 70x72 and we choose the Roman Shades and no-tool headrails. Sure to the weight of the shades, 9kbs. 2 learned the headrails would not work. It took some time, but they remade the shades and have us a refund since we could not use the no-tool headrails. We were all very patient with one another and in the end they had a happy customer.
The blind sent to us was high quality and beautiful, however do not order this if you are looking for blackout blinds. The fabric curtain portion hangs from the end of the top rail, which is 4" wide, so you end up with a 4" gap on the sides that let a lot of light in.
Exactly as expected. Nice blinds. Only tricky bit was turning wood screws into the hardwood frame.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
