My whole experience with this order was super! From the ordering to installing the products at home all went well and smoothly.
I have these blinds throughout the house and they don't hold up to daily use. They pull down unevenly, so I must use a hand on each end. To go up, I've tried using the handle and also tried hands on the ends, but they still won't go up. I've tried the suggested solution of pulling them all the way down and out at an angle, but that only works sometimes. When nothing else works, I take the blinds apart and reset the pulley mechanism. Problem is that only lasts a few days and I'm getting frustrated. I suspect it might have something to do with the weights they put in the bottom of some blinds, but this needs further investigation. Bottom line, I shouldn't have to take the blinds apart to get them to work and I shouldn't have to investigate how to make them work properly. I bought my house with the blinds, so no order number or receipt. Probably going to replace the blinds I use daily with a different brand.

We ordered a dark color and the back side is white in color. It does say it someplace in the description but they should make it much clearer. Otherwise they are very nice and work great. They should also match the wand to your color.

I ordered cordless top-down bottom-up shades. Josh was extremely helpful in the selection and ordering process. I was nervous about having to install them myself, but I decided I could do it after watching the instructional video. Just be sure and get the right tools for the job...I rented a power drill from my local hardware store and bought the drill bit and nut-driver as specified in the directions. Once I had those, the job was a piece of cake! A little hard to snap into place, but ultimately got that, too. The new blinds gave my rooms a complete facelift!

This is my second time ordering from this company. I didn't have any problems with my order. Order was deliver on time and the measurements were perfect
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
