It was a little confusing and time consuming. My installation could have gone smoother if each blind had been labeled ABCD, according to my order

I received the wrong blind and had to do an do an exchange and it was a great experience
I ordered online with my measurements something I was not too well versed at doing. But the instructions select blinds fave for measuring was spot on. The Roman shades came Delivered promptly as promised. The fit and quality of the fabric was excellent and looked very good at my windows. Overall very pleased.
I got the blinds I ordered, when I was expecting them after I was notified that they had shipped. They arrived in mint condition and were very easy to install. I always get the sturdiest mini blinds because I have 3 indoor cats. All of the mini blinds I've gotten from you over the years still look brand new.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
