It wasn't clear from the instructions that it was ok to use only one screw for the brackets if the space was only 1-1/4 inches. But a quick online chat with customer service said yes, and all the blinds look great.

Window shade is smaller - Wrong size

I placed the order for 3 windows, two were similar and one is big. But similar size is not similar. You guys sent me one small / wrong size and one is right size.

Hello Athar,

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.

For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.

The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.

Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.

Questionable quality control.

First order, all the blinds separated at the top. They were replaced. Let's see...
Second order had a remote control that had a dead battery and even after replacing the battery, the shade still won't connect.
Am I just jinxed?

Great Blinds!

Make a smart choice and use Select Blinds! Operators are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of all their products. Never rushed, to making sure your measurements are correct and making sure all your options are made available to you. Each blind only takes a couple of minutes to install. My wife and I are so pleased with the great look the blinds have given to each room in our home.
