Needed a replacement blind because of spots. Blind was remade and shipped without any problem.
Measuring instructions resulted in shades that were 2" more narrow than the width of the window. When you are ordering blackout shades this is a huge issue. I'm a mechanical engineer - following instructions and taking measurements are not an issue for me.
