Very bad, order worth of $1400 roman shade was a little wrong measurements, on their website it says sure fit guarantee but manager told me you messed it up its on you. Want to charge another $650 for that two window only.

The blinds came quickly and installation was easy. They look very nice. One edge of the fabric blind at the header is slightly crooked but you only notice it if you are really staring at it. Surprised at how light these are. The cordless feature work's like it is supposed to. Very easy to raise and lower. Took a chance on color as I didn't want to wait for samples to come, but was happy with the choice.

CS reps wonderful and helpful; however, on two separate occasions I received incorrect information. I wanted to buy material to make my own valances and was told I could. When I went to order I was told no and ended up buying extra shades to make the valances. I don't think if I could purchase material, the extra cost would have been much less than the $350 it cost me to buy the extra shades.

The blinds are nice, but they tilt to the right. They are hard to get up and down without a cord if you aren't right in the middle of the blinds.

I ordered three blinds from select blinds. They all came in a very timely manner. All three blinds were packaged nicely and easy to install. We are very happy that there are no pull cords or rods to break or fall apart. My son and his wife just recently bought a new home and I will definitely be letting them know that Select Blinds is the way to go!
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
