I loved the ease and detail with directions for measuring. The only issue I had was trying to chat through the website and no one answered and so I called and was on hold for several minutes before I hung up. Instead of ordering 11 blinds, I ordered 2 to make sure they are what I wanted. I may have called over the lunch hour or something. So no worries. My question was if they window is 2 in deep can you order a 2 in blind or does it need to be deeper than that. Hopefully it will be fine. I intend to order the rest once I have these installed if everything works out ok. Love the ease and convenience of the website
