We are so happy with the shade. We originally ordered something from blinds.com and were so so disappointed in every aspect (the product, the delivery time, the communication, the customer service). We replaced that shade with a new one from SelectBlinds and I will never shop anywhere else.

I love these blinds. I have them on almost all of my windows at home. My windows are custom so it takes a while, which is fine. My only concern is that the shipping label was created almost a week before it shipped. When you're on pins and needles waiting for privacy it would be awesome to have an accurate ship date.
I ordered blinds for 8 windows and all were perfect. The sizes were as stated and the blinds were easy to hang and look great. I like the value for the price and they were delivered very fast. I am totally satisfied with Select Blinds and would use this company again.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
