It was simple to place order and excellent prices! Quick service and it was just exactly what I wanted! The instructions and hardware to install made it quick and easy to hang in my window. Wonderful experience.
I ordered two sets of blinds for two different rooms and both fit perfectly and the color matches are right on! Very nice quality. Delivery was quick and the blinds were packaged securely. It was also easy to mount the blinds myself! I am recommending Select Blinds to my friends!
We ordered a bunch of blinds with different dimensions, 6 to be exact. All automated, they sent pre programmed and provided more than necessary brackets and fixtures to go with them. Some of our blinds were more than 4 feet wide and initially I was skeptical of the weight but to my delight, both the cassette and blind material is light weight yet sturdy.
Our custom blinds were made and shipped earlier than expected. I wasn't able to get the motorized blinds to work. Tech support wasn't able to resolve the problem over the phone. They emailed a troubleshooting guide. Within 5 minutes the blinds were working. The wand was in Sleep Mode. I think the troubleshooting guide should be included with every motorized blinds shipment!
The shade is absolutely beautiful, it's in the green and white stripe. Couldn't be happier with it, the quality, the size is just right, and it's as beautiful as I had hoped it would be. I think the price seems good for the quality too.
I ordered 2 cellular blinds, one approximately 36" and the other 72". I got both of them with the tension mounts. The 36" window went perfectly. The tension mount popped right in, and the blind hooked right onto it with no effort whatsoever... perfect! The 72" window was another story... first, the tension mount was not sized accurately, so when I tried to mount it, the mount bowed because it was too long. I called tech support. They had me send pictures. I had to wait 2-3 days for feedback only to be told that the pictures I supplied were not sufficient and that I needed to send more. I sent more pictures and had to wait 2-3 more days for feedback. Then, I was on vacation. When I got back home, I tried the new instructions, and after 5 adjustments, it fit nicely. If it had fit properly from day 1, it would've be awesome, but if it's wrong, it's not nearly as efficient. If you happen to order a tension mount and it comes too long, use a T10 torx screwdriver and tighten the screw on the left side (end that does not have the tension lever). Supposedly, that screw can adjust up to 1/2".
I orsered one blind for the bathroom. It was sent with the wrong mounting brackets. I had to send multiple pictures to convince the tech that it was in fact, the wrong brackets and not me being unable to follow the installation instructions. They are sending out new parts, but they can't be expedited because, they just don't do that, so I'm still waiting to have a working blind. I hope they send the right bracket this time. Which I will have to replace. Still no notice they have shipped.

I purchased the louvre shades and they close shut only upwards. While it is clearly a mistake on the part of SelectBlinds (the frame and hinges make it certain that it was hung correctly), they will not take responsibility for the mistake. I am very dissatisfied!

I was so excited about getting my studio set up, but these were a HUGE disappointment. When I installed the first one, there is almost TWO inches of space between the molding of the window and where the shades start. It looks awful and sun beams still come through the gaps, defeating the entire purpose of these shades.
I have 5 individual windows that need shades, I measured everything multiple times so the fit would be right, I scrolled down to look through the specs but I missed the drop down that *you have to click* where it says there will be a standard deduction taken and a slight discrepancy that might happen. When I called about the fit I was told it's within those parameters so there's nothing they can do, other than offer a small discount on my next order. I can't afford anything else at this time, they apologized and ended the call with, "Thanks for shopping Select Blinds." Waste of my very limited funds.

Needed some roller shades and didn't want to drill into the drywall, so tried the no drill blinds. These blinds were so easy to put up. Definitely worth the extra cost.
Have used a SelectBlinds several times over the past 5 years and they make it easy to shop and order.
Easy, user friendly shopping experience. The blinds arrived right on time and were easy to install. They're the perfect addition behind my sheer curtains. No issues during the entire process and no complaints.
Nice blinds my only complaint is the top portion of the blind where you mount to the window was a little off. Some stuck out further than others from our inside mount so the depth is not the same on each blind.
That is the only reason I did not give 5 star. Would buy again.
I had no issues with the blinds and they was perfect! I am in the process of measuring the other windows in the home to upgrade them too! Nice privacy but viewable in day and night!

I surprised my wife with a beautiful custom made Roman shade for our kitchen and she absolutely loves it! The cor, texture, build quality and lifting mechanism. It replaced a 2" slat blind that was soooo heavy that she couldn't lift it to let adequate light in, but this new blind is so easy to lift up and pull down with no cables or rods! I highly recommend!
The shades were well constructed and accurately sized. Even the labeling was correct and helpful. I'm very pleased with the products and would purchase similar shades in the future.
I really like the product except opening and closing the blind. I have bad shoulders and I can't reach the top without standing on a stoolretu
I couldn't believe I measured the windows myself and they all fit. Couldn't be happier with the product! They look amazing, were affordable, and so functional.
This will be my second order placed with this company and and I couldn't be happier. The material feels durable and high-quality, and they look sleek and modern.
We ordered woven wood shades and motorized roller shades on December 2nd. After multiple follow ups and 22 days later on Christmas Eve. We received our order the realize it was only a portion of our order. I reached back out and now they are saying it will be January 10th before the rest of our order will ship out. Who knows when we will receive the rest of our order. Moral of the story don't order unless you have months to wait on the shades.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
