This is the 3rd time I've ordered from select blinds and each time they do great. Fast service, great customer service if needed, fast delivery and premium blinds.
I ordered these blinds to replace my previous living room cellular shades (which were also from select blinds- I just wanted an updated/matching look after recently renovating and installing new wooden floors) and have always had a great experience- easy to measure, order, great shipping times/ email updates, and easy installation instructions. Hands down my favorite place to order blinds.

Shipping and blind msmts were great. We ordered the least expensive black out shades for a small casita - they work and color samples were accurate.
A couple of blinds did not roll up right and they immediately sent out replacements.

My fabric blind doesn't have anything to protect the fabric when adjusting the shade.

The whole process from offering samples to receiving the final product went so smoothly. The shades we ordered arrived more quickly that we expected and are beautiful and feel so well made. They were easy to install. We had a slight problem with one of them that was an error on our end. We reached out to customer service for help getting a remake and they were so helpful and we were able to get it resolved quickly. Best customer service we've received in a long time. I'd recommend them to anyone and will be ordering from them again.

The online buying experience was good. The blinds looked nice and arrived at a reasonable time. However, the cordless lift worked well on two of the blinds I bought and not so well on the other two. Those two don't roll up all the way. We had to guide and push them up half way. I wouldn't buy those blinds again.
