The blinds are as I expected; fit my windows and look great
I've used reject blinds for years. Probably 15 places I've lived in are 100% SB in every window. Recent order I replaced blinds I bought 4 years ago so I used those same specs. The new blinds were almost 1/2" narrower than the original ones and the new ones feel too narrow letting light in. So I advise you use a larger measurement than smaller when ordering.
The ordering process was great and the product I really like. The issue I have is that I was asked on the website to provide the exact measurements of the inside of the window which I did. The window was 35x35. The product I received was perfect in the width but about 1" too short to reach the bottom of the sill. I did not call for a replacement because we got a bamboo roman shade which we will keep raised a bit cause It looks better that way and so you are not able to see that it's short.
This is my third order with Select Blinds and this time I'm not as happy. The first two times I ordered the kind of blinds that don't have pull-down cords and I like them a lot better. For this order, I chose the ones with pulldown cords. The top of one of the blinds is not cut correctly. I also don't like the fabric as much.

Easy to choose and I know Im getting great quality
Shopping was easy on the self-guided website. The shades are of good quality and instructions for installation were concise and easy to follow.
I ordered 4 blinds, same color, dimensions, etc but they sent me two different length tilt wands. I didn't call customer service, as it's not that big of a deal. This is my second order with the company. Overall good and pleasant experience

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
