The blind was and is perfect and easy to setup in the window.
The process to select the correct sizes and order was simple. Select blinds was great about providing updates on the status of my order (ie processing, making of product and shipping). Product came packaged wonderfully to ensure no damage and was what was requested and described.

Just make sure you measure correctly and they do the rest
I placed a large order for cellular shades, 3 of which were over 90 inches in height. For some reason one of them came out over a foot shorter than ordered. Wasn't a measurement error, but rather it was an error in manufacturing. All of them came with cords that were excessively and dangerously long. In placing the order, I tried to research the best option for a cord for a shade of 90+ inches in height but the website is utterly useless for this type of question. I tried the chat function, but it was not available during a period in which it was supposed to be operational (per the hours listed on the website). I finally reached someone by phone, but he wasn't helpful in guiding me toward a good option. I now know that a continuous loop cord would have been a better choice than a hanging cord. Lastly, the tab that joins the 2 sections of cord broke on the very first day of use, and is currently held together with tape. It's a piece of flimsy junk. I'm currently awaiting a warranty replacement of the shade that was a foot short. It's on backorder.
So in summary, there are 4 issues:
1 of 3 shades was a foot short;
Replacement shade not coming any time soon;
Cords are too long on all shades;
Cord connection tabs are flimsy and broke on day 1.
I should also note that the warranty process is cumbersome and scripted. I think I will eventually receive a replacement shade of the correct height, but my questions/concerns about the broken tab and cord length have been ignored.

Are west facing high-rise apartment gets a lot of sun in the late afternoon. So we needed blackout blinds to keep the bedroom room from heating up and for alleviating the light from other buildings entering the room when trying to sleep.
The SelectBlinds were easy to install and we're very happy with our choice.
Buying them and selecting the size was great no issues
We ordered our blinds online, they were delivered in the timeline specified, and installation was a breeze. We love our new blinds!
This one of the few places that offered very long blinds. I needed them for my elderly mother's window. Order, shipping, quality were all great.
If you follow the instructions on how to measure the blinds you can't go wrong. The blinds look great and super easy to install. We just got new windows so these blinds really make them pop! I would highly recommend them.

The adhesive leaves a lot to be desired.

This the second time we bought roller blinds with cassette, the quality of both sets were excellent my compliant is the two blinds we bought this time do not roll as nice as the ones we bought a year ago. I also do not appreciate no matter what the discount or sale is the blind always seems to be the same price. Kind of shadey in my book.

The selection was great. It was just the time it took to get them that was a problem. I had to call twice to find out when they were being shipped, and because they were coming from across the whole US it took a while. Never did find out what the holdup was at the manufacturing facility. Still, nice shades at a great price. Thank you.
I love the blinds except I struggle with the smaller width ones that are long. They are hard to get up

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
