Easy order process for custom-size blinds - really the best I found, and I searched many places. We requested several free samples, and were able to lock in sale price until we received samples and picked the color we wanted. We ordered motorized zebra blinds. Material we selected was on back order and delayed twice by several days, but we received clear communication about it, and were ok to wait a little extra time. We received product and installed it without any issues. Everything was done precisely to our order, and quality is great. I had to reach out to customer service to help troubleshooting motorized blinds - troubles due to our own fault. I was able to get quick support which resolved the issue. I'm very satisfied with service we received and will be back for additional products.

I was suppose to receive my order by March 27th. It is now April 13 and still no blinds. There was little to no follow up on the status of my order until I called and that took 45 minutes on hold.
This was our third time ordering and this last set of two did not hang evenly. Customer service was helpful with trouble shooting, but they still were noticeably uneven. We asked for a remake & they remade the blinds. We received the order & are happy to report they look great, as nice as the previous sets did! They are easy to install. Note, this particular blind does not give full blockage for privacy. This was not a problem for our use, but look for a more tightly woven one if you need privacy.
I put top down bottom up shades in the search bar and came up with things other than what I wanted. Got confused and ended up ordering the wrong shade (regular bottom up)

I followed the measuring instructions and my blind fit perfectly! It's easy to raise and lower and there's no cord. The white is clean looking and brightens my dining area.
The style of shade we ordered does NOT match the appearance in the brochure. When fully deployed the shades are a flat panel, whereas the promotional images illustrate a "panel" appearance. Furthermore, we continue to have problems with the programming controls. When we push Controller A in room #1, the shades in that room respond, however, a shade in a different room (on Controller B) moves as well. We have followed the written instructions to the letter with no success. Have attempted to connect with technical support with NO success.

Measure just as I was instructed and everything turned out perfect
I bought the no wand blinds just open and close from bottom. I so wish I ordered the blinds I can adjust the blinds opening. They work as said no fault there they installed easy, they look good just no adjusting the blinds by cord. I have no complaints just my error of not understanding cordless blinds satisfied what I ordered
The blinds arrived and seemed to be very quick to spin up into the casing and unwind. I had to pull them over and over to raise up and it pulled out of my grasp quickly. Very difficult to fix and it did it again when my wife opened them. I'm disappointed in the operation of the blinds.
We put the old blinds back up. They operate much easier. At this point, just a waste of our money

The morning sun is too bright through our east-facing window over the kitchen sink. So the light-control given by the blind we chose - 2" faux wood cordless - is perfect.
Web site has maybe too many buttons to select to arrive at choices.

After unpackaged a defective blind, I contacted customer support. I received the replacement blind 3 days later. I was impressed with the quick response and corrective action.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
