Ordering was easy and I like that fractional inches are allowed. I bought top up/bottom down to replace Bali blinds whose string had broken over time. So far so good on these. The look is good. Will see how well they hold up over time.

We love our new blinds! Customer service was great walking us through the measuring process, shiping was fast and installation was easy! We ordered Roman shades and faux wood blinds and we're very happy with everything!

All of our window treatments in our house are from SelectBlinds. When we put in the woven roman shades in the kitchen and living room, I accidently ordered the wrong sizes for the living room. SelectBlinds replaced one, for free, and I just got the two correct sizes. They're beautiful, except they aren't made the same way as the kitchen ones, and since our house is open concept it looks odd having two different ones. The pull cords are different colors than the others and they dont match the shades either. The roll at the bottom that is on the kitchen ones didn't come on the new free one either. I guess for free you don't get much. I'm happy with everything else we have from SelectBlinds but disappointed that their F.I.T. Guarantee is only for ONE free window treatment and they aren't made as well or the same as the ones originally ordered. So make sure you get your sizing correct!

Quick service but the blinds I ordered seem cheap. They don't go evenly down—/I have ordered blinds from smith and Nobel and blinds.com.—-both the blinds from these stores are far superior.

Our blackout shade came very quickly. Instructions for measuring were excellent. I had someone hang it for me and am very satisfied with the shade. I would do business with SelectBlinds again. I purchased shades from another company and could not even speak to customer service. Instructions were very poor. Service means a lot!
