From the customer service to the actual product we received, it was all phenomenal. The employees we spoke with were knowledgeable, kind and made the entire experience so easy.

They were perfect but I couldn't hang them up because I couldn't drill through the window frame. It is made of something too strong for the drill to go through. I also tried gorilla glue to no avail. So basically, perfect blinds but unable to use them.

The blind is light brown and the hardware is tan doesn't match
and I was told it's because it's a different company Which is not on me

Measuring and ordering was quite simple. The blinds were shipped in incredibly short order. Everything fit as planned and the blinds work well. We're very satisfied.

Color is absolutely perfect and fit as well. Measurement instructions were right on. There was a very small tear near the bottom of one blind and within a short time a replacement was sent free of charge. That's outstanding customer service not found often today.

I had to modified the blind attachment brace, as my recessed window was not quite 2.5" in depth but the metal is thin enough to drill a middle third hole that would accommodate the dry fit with the recessed depth I did have. I drilled this hole with a drill press after a center punch with a 1/4" titanium drill bit. The added hole does not affect the function. After this modification everything was smooth from there and I got 2 blinds up with remastering in less than 30 mins. The fit was on point.

We were seeking no drill window treatments for windows above our master bathtub. They were tiled all on the inside, and we were afraid to drill into them directly. We selected Romans with fabric material. We were in a time crime so we did Not wait for color swatches to come in. The color shown online and described on the website was a great match for what we did receive. The blinds A good quality and perfectly match our needs. We were able to install them less than five minutes… And I did not even have to ask my husband for help! We are very happy with the results.
