From the customer service to the actual product we received, it was all phenomenal. The employees we spoke with were knowledgeable, kind and made the entire experience so easy.
They were perfect but I couldn't hang them up because I couldn't drill through the window frame. It is made of something too strong for the drill to go through. I also tried gorilla glue to no avail. So basically, perfect blinds but unable to use them.

I had to modified the blind attachment brace, as my recessed window was not quite 2.5" in depth but the metal is thin enough to drill a middle third hole that would accommodate the dry fit with the recessed depth I did have. I drilled this hole with a drill press after a center punch with a 1/4" titanium drill bit. The added hole does not affect the function. After this modification everything was smooth from there and I got 2 blinds up with remastering in less than 30 mins. The fit was on point.

Ordered blinds for 6 windows, came on time, great product and price
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
