We were looking for affordable motorized blackout shades and the quotes for shades installation were well over $12,000 because of the height. After finding the Select Blinds

12 - 70" x 64" Motorized Pickleball Windows Blackout Shades
We placed 2 orders for shades, first order was for neighbors side of house to keep lights from bothering them. Decided to do all 14 windows to control sunlight on court anytime during the day.
First 2 shades were installed with no problems or challenges (just follow directions)
I put poster tape on top of each bracket and placed it where I put location mark. Predrilled the 2 holes, placed screw in 1/4" magnetic hex driver and screwed it in.
Placed shade on front of bracket and snapped it in. Up and down adjustments we very easy
The other 12 shades have arrived and will be installed next trip to Iowa.
We have the HUB apt loaded in phone and are looking forward to pairing all 14 shades to it.
Needed to replace my bedroom blinds, they had it at my dore in a little over a week for $100. Only took 10 minutes to install, looks and works great!

My husband & I recently moved into a house that had older cellular shades that needed replacing. We knew we wanted to get wood blinds that would compliment the trim throughout the house. Scanning several online retailers, I decided to go with SelectBlinds, as they were having a sale. I came across this information the last day of their sale, but saw they would lock in the price if we ordered samples, which we did.
When the samples arrived, I was glad I'd asked for 3 different colors. Two of them would've worked, but one of them was especially great alongside the wood trim, really drawing out the lighter grains in the wood. We followed the very clear measuring instructions, & submitted our order.
Within a week we received word that the blinds were backordered & the delivery date delayed, along with great apology. They provided an estimated date of arrival a few weeks out, which was helpful. They also made it clear that if we needed blinds sooner, we could change our order & go with something different. We weren't pressed for time, so decided to wait. As we got closer to the new estimated delivery date, we received another notice saying they would be delayed further by one more week, again with great apology. We knew exactly what we wanted, though, so waited further. When they arrived, all were in good order, fitting perfectly, & my husband swiftly got them all installed. They're simply beautiful & we are delighted with the purchase. They were definitely worth the wait!
We replaced most of the blinds in the house with these blinds from Select Blinds. They are very good quality and easy to install.
In this case we were replacing one blind in a room that had been damaged. Ordering was simple, and the new blind simply installed in the bracket from the previous blind. Couldn't have been easier.
I asked 10 times where the order was shipping from so I could determine how long to get to California. They refused to tell me what state and where they would ship from. Then I called and they had me on hold for 20 minutes and I finally hung up! No customer service and why wouldnt they tell me the shipping location it was coming from? Child labor? Ive never had a company keep the state or country they are shipping from a secret.

Blinds were a lovely addition to our new bedroom - blocking out most light but allowing subtle soft morning light in. Great construction and assembly was a snap - just a bit difficult to install on our metallic window frame. In the end we were able to get them in!
I have older wood window frames with vinyl inserts. I wanted help discussing whether I should get inside or outside mounted shades. The first time I contacted Select Blinds was pretty easy. I chatted with a gentleman & explained my dilemma & he asked me to send some pictures. I sent them over & because it was a Friday afternoon, he asked if he could follow up on Monday. We agreed upon a time but I never heard from him. I tried contacting them several times & couldn't reach anyone. The chat seemed to only be automated computer generated responses. I really wanted the shades so I had a friend measure for the inside mount not thinking about the curved part of my wood frame. I placed the order & the dimensions are correct. Unfortunately they don't work because the hardware doesn't fit because if the design of my wooden frames. I've tried contacting them many times & cannot reach a live person. I'm disappointed that the shades don't work & I'm out the money. I really should've found someone who could look at my unique situation & could figure out a solution. That's what I was hoping for when I sent the pictures waiting for the call back.

I had a wonderful experience ordering sa oles and finally selecting the right shades for our master bedroom. The customer rep was very friendly and so helpful. Since online shopping can be nerve wracking, he helped me through the process of making sure that the measurements were accurate.
Very easy to measure, order and install. I'm very pleased with the new blinds and will be ordering again.
It took several weeks…maybe 6-7… to receive them but once installed, they are perfect!
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.

As you and I discussed, what I can do for you is to provide you with $558.26 in store credit for the Select Blackout Cellular Shades (4). As for the re-order for the (4) Levolor Shades in the color Designer Whisper, I put in a BOGO coupon and an additional 5% off in there.
The new total for that order is $1058.76. The Levolor products are much more expensive than the Select Shades you purchased, so we are not able to have the re-order made for free. It needs to be an even price difference, or as close as possible.
