I reordered a replacement for a damaged blind. I used the same specifications as the original order, unfortunately the blind that showed up was the same general color but was a noticeably differ tone/shade compared to the original. The size remained perfect.

Good quality shade. It looks nice I like the color it fit perfectly within my measurements. It was easy to order and install. I received it within three weeks it was an easy process and great experience!
I ordered 5 blinds and 4 barely fit. We had to build wooden wedges in order to help prevent blinds from falling. Not sure how long that will hold. We can't even lift and pull down be a they will fall off hardware on each end. One didn't fit at all. They are too short in length and width. I contacted customer service twice with pictures and videos and all they said was that dimensions can be a difference of 3/4". Well, in my case that's enough for the blinds to barely hold by 1/16th of an inch or less in some cases. I will never buy from Select again. Beware, if there is a problem they will not work with you at all.

We have been a long time customer purchasing blinds over the years for various rooms and now two homes. The last experience we had a tragic family incident happen and felt that select blinds was completely non responsive to the situation. I could see if we were a first time customer but have been with them for awhile and have received little to no help and had hold times over 40 mins multiple times. We asked for the presidents info and apparently he resigned. So nobody to escalate this to.

It was easy to order over the phone. I needed a covering for a laundry area in my lower bathroom as we couldn't use the old bifold doors that were on there. I ordered a vertical double cell that will lower from top to bottom to see if it would work. We installed it and it works great!
Terrible product. Not worth the money. Individual blind pieces keep falling down when opening and closing. Save your money. Don't buy

The blinds are what I expected except one is defective. I completed a claim yesterday to replace the defective blind and I haven't gotten a response.

They arrived on time and are a perfect fit. Advice to future customers, make sure to measure several time. This way you'll be sure to have a good fit.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
