No Return Policy

I ordered the blinds that have no string or twisting wand because they looked like they would be really easy to open and close and safe for kids. They are actually very difficult to get to close all the way. They also advertise that the curved design on it blocks out more light - it does not. I also was under the impression that the 'faux wood' style would look textured and thick to block out light and look more classy - nope they are thin plastic. When we asked if we could return the totally unopened boxes they said they have a no return policy which is my mistake for not looking at that first. They also took at least 1-2 weeks to respond to us. Just go to home depot or lowes! This is not worth it.

Convenience, quality, and beauty

Outdoor sun shade

We have ordered several times for interior windows and we're happy with the products. We were not happy with this order. The shade was much lighter than shown on the website and will not work for us. Unfortunately, it was a waste of a few hundred dollars.

The BOGO is misleading and confusing. I ordered 18 blinds and should get a one for one free. Instead I paid for the 9 most expensive and got the 9 cheapest for free. Its misleading and I was not happy with how the discount was applied.

Second order; still very pleased!

This was my second order from SelectBlinds. Both times, I ordered light filtering shades for multiple rooms. From start to finish, the process of ordering, receiving, and installing my blinds was smooth and easy. There was a production delay of which I was immediately notified, and my blinds ended up shipping earlier than the projected date. There was hardly a delay at all. I appreciated the clear communication and prompt service, as well as the quality of the blinds I received. I have recommended SelectBlinds to friends and will continue to be a customer myself. I have 10 windows and all are covered with a Select Blind. We enjoy the design, the color options, and other detail options. The only negative we have is when comparing what we ordered 4 years ago to this most recent - and how the quality has changed. From sturdy to flimsy, from quality production to shortcuts that affected the appearance of the shade. Didn't bother to complain or ask for replacement - chocked it up to the "new American Way!"

I called the order entry, as I wanted to replace two cellular shades that I had ordered previously. I talked to a guy that was polite, but he dropped the ball on this order. I asked him to check the measurements on my prior orders for the two widest cellular shades. He said he did, but did not change the size that I had done on line. I told him that my numbers were probably wrong. He assured me that he found the two previous orders and made the corrections. I received my order about 10 days after that only to find out that each shade was an inch too wide. Here's where your system failed me. The only method available to me was a on line chat, which I did. I had to retype my responses several times, as they keep asking the same questions. Nothing happened after about 10 days I started to call the sales line and explained why I needed to talk to someone in customer service. Twice I called and was transferred only to wait on hold for 48 minutes and 65 minutes. Never did talk to anyone! So my only resolution was to contact my credit card company and request a refund. I still have the shades in there original condition and waiting for a RMA and a call ticket for pickup or drop off. Since then I have placed another order for shades for a different house and they are scheduled to come today.
