I have ordered blinds and shades from select blind for many years. I recently placed my 3rd order for the top down bottom up blinds. Measuring and ordering was easy as it's very clear through the web sight. What disappointed me was the top and bottom rails to pull the blind up and down are not as heavy as past blinds. It seems like they are making them with a cheaper aluminum that very easily goes off balance. I still like them but am not sure I'd order more if I was able to find ones with a heavier rail. I still have faux wood blinds from 20 years ago that look brand new and were bought from SelectBlinds.

Ordered blinds 6/12 didn't get email confirmation until 6/19. Then got email saying blind color out of stock so I called and asked for
Another color. I was told I'd get an email confirming. NEVER did get another email. Called customer service three times never had a written update. Never received notice blinds shipped. Suddenly they arrived took a month! The quality is not great the blind doesn't stay down it requires a lot of tries for it to move up and down easily.

These linen-style cellular shades add sophistication to a partial design. The shades are great at keeping my office cool when the afternoon sun hits. The linen style also makes the shades look and feel more premium.
Product was correctly sized and easily installed and packaged
Was very excited to order app based electronic blinds. When ordering it was not made clear that in addition to purchasing "the hub" to communicate with blinds and app, that we also needed to purchase remotes. We received the blinds, couldn't program them and then called to get the remote. We got the remote a week or so later, finally figured out how to program it, and can use the remote. We still cant use the app or hub, and the remote is only working for 4 of the five blinds in our bedroom. Very disappointing experience, and I was so excited for these blinds. Select blinds should offer an installation service because this is complicated.

The website was easy to navigate. The customer service rep was friendly and helped me to find the right information on the webpage from which I could place the order. We have installed the shades and I plan to order more. The quality is very good.

There are a few issues with SelectBlinds, but the main one is receiving your order with a broken piece inside the box. I notified SelectBlinds of the broken part, within a couple of days of receiving the first part of the order. My customer is withholding payment until I complete the installation. Here it is two weeks later, and I still don't have the replacement part. This part could have been put in a padded mailer and sent to me promptly, but I keep getting the runaround every time I contact them. They will not answer the phone, they make you handle everything via text message. They keep telling me that it is being sent, but I still haven't seen the part. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I would not order from them again.

I ordered 11 cellular shades on behalf of my church. Customer service from start to finish was exceptional. The shades are hung, and look beautiful!
Solid all around…. But took longer than hoped for to get the blinds, however
My no drill Roman shades are all slipping down. I have 5 and they all do the same thing. I'm going to have to buy some brackets to keep them from falling down. When I called for help, they told me to use shims. Well, that wasn't in the directions so I didn't know what they were and threw them away. I don't think they would have helped that much. The plastic that covers the part that pushes into the wall to secure is too flimsy. I'm very disappointed with them. My levelor blinds on my other 3 windows are great.

We have been using Select Blinds for over 6 years and have been very satisfied with the shades. The last order was for Blackout shades, and they work so well, not only do they block the sun but they keep the room cooler. The order was delivered on time and correct
Such a good experience with the blinds, that we have order black out shades for 4 (four) French doors in our house.
I am extremely disappointed in the quality, color, and look of the blinds. Not only did they take weeks longer to arrive than advertised, when they did arrive the material feels cheap and the color is not even remotely similar to what is shown. The fabric type is not shown anywhere in the description of the blinds and the color is about 10 shades darker than expected. I needed the blinds quickly and didn't have time to go through the process of ordering swatches. Do not buy without testing out the color and material beforehand. I absolutely would not recommend.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
