It has been resolved with a new cellular arriving and now installed in one of my rentals.

5 out of 6 of the blinds are great. The 6th was damaged out of the box.
Ordering the blinds was super easy, and we got them during a huge sale! We got our blackout blinds to fit within our window, and they came out perfect! They're great in our toddler's room! We want to get more for our nursery!

I ordered blinds for multiple rooms. Bamboo style and the coastal Roman linen.I had no issues with sizes. Everything fit perfectly. I ordered standard screw in style for the bamboo and the No tools for the Roman. Overall, I would go with the screw in style, if I chose again. The No tools style was amazing, up in seconds, but I like the look of the bamboo screwed in at the top.

FedX claim they drop them at my door, witch was a lie, and the proof in this lie come from the delivery person, they took a picture of a bunch of packages in a hallway and no door around, he took picture 15 feet away or more, and not a door in sight!

The overall product was everything I had hoped for. Very helpful info on measuring, hanging once received. Was disappointed to find the chain mechanism was broke when opened the pkg. This just complicated things. Had to call customer support, jump through a bunch of hoops, have them make a decision on what was best way to solve problem. It was decided to send us a new chain tension mechanism. Therefore it was another 2 weeks. There should have been an inspection of pkg. Before shipment, especially when a person is paying top dollar for this product. The fact that I'm just getting an email now asking if product shipped under the circumstances I just detailed is almost comical.

I made a telephone call to customer service of select blinds, and the gentleman walked me through the process that I had taken to measure my window. I placed the order, it was delivered In good time. The cordless Cellular shade was easy to install and looks great on my patio door.
For the price of these shades I expected a better quality. I bought 12 and it's hit and miss on how to adjust the height. Two of the are all the way down with zero ability to pull them up and two don't work at all.

Love our no drill blinds for our kitchen. So easy to install.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
