Received wrong blind. Ordered blackout but received light filtering.

It was so easy to measure and order online! The fabric and colors are what was pictured and the blinds were ready in less than 2 weeks! Great experience!
I did everything from my phone so it took a bit longer.
I put this off like one puts off filing taxes! I thought it would be much more expensive, impossible to measure correctly, and a nightmare to hang. Instead I was greeted by a knowledgeable, patient and friendly customer service rep who walked me through each part with total ease. She allayed my fears and followed up the next day. Luckily my son had installed similar shades in his home so he was a whiz at that. Really - if you have a tape measure a pencil, electric drill and a person to help hold one or two things, it would not be much of a challenge at all. Only negative - they were out of a lot of samples I requested.
I ordered 2 blinds when I saw they were being made in Vietnam and shipped from there uh oh but they were shipped fed ex arrived very quickly after completion of order👍
Put a ton of time into ordering blinds the first time. Didn't realize the settings for measurements reset during that process. Got the blinds and they were the wrong size. So I spent $500 on blinds that didn't fit. The were 4-5" off the size I needed. Customer services is absolutely horrible and couldn't actually talk to a single person. Waited on the phone for over an hour 3-4 times and finally gave up and ate it. I even tried the text message route and all I ever got was standard text back. I strongly do not recommend Select Blinds. Such a shame because the products are amazing.

Installation was easy and looked great. Only ongoing issue is one or the other side hangs down when lowering or raising. Constantly have to make adjustments to level out the bottom rail ….

I was skeptical ordering online, especially after reading some negative reviews. Was looking for shades for a renovated basement, and didn't want to spend a fortune. I got my samples in a timely manner, and the blinds also came exactly when they said they would. Very happy with the whole process, would order from Select Blinds again.
My daughter helped me measure and installed all the blinds. They look great and help keep our bedrooms darker in the morning.
