The ordering was as easy as could be. They were very easy to install. The whole room looks better now.
Service is good. Quality of Levolor blinds has decreased. Bought cellular shades to match others when we enlarged the room. The clasp to manage the shade is inexpensive, a little wonky to use. Shades appear to be of lesser quality material in comparison to the Levolor shades we bought 8 years ago.
Ordered two blinds for a bedroom. They look nice and operated properly, however one was cut 1/2" to long so it hangs out over the window sill when it is fully closed. The measurements I sent in were correct.
For custom sizes and with sale I couldn't bet the price! Measured carefully and everything fit well.

It took quite some time to receive the shades which was fine as they were custom sized. When they arrived the hardware for the biggest blind was missing and we still haven't received it. Two others stick out a lot and there's a big gap between the window frame and blinds.

I've purchased blinds from the big home improvement stores and a friend recommended me to Select Blinds.
I ordered for 2 windows, measured, and chose the blackout blinds (one in white and one in noir), with the easy install without tools.
I was a bit skeptical.
I had both blinds installed in less than 5 minutes. They are certainly blackout. And very high quality.
I told my friend, I will never buy off-the-shelf blinds again. These are more than worth it!
It was quite easy navigating around and checkout was a breeze. They're up and I couldn't be more satisfied, great seller.
The ordering processes was easy and our blinds fit exactly to our window. It was shipped pretty quickly and great quality.
There was a glitch in my original order but was fixed quickly. The blinds were easy to hang. No exact measurements needed. I hung 10 blinds in my sun room. Not bad for a 73 year old lady!
We received our custom light filtering shades as promised. They were easy to install and they look like they're going to work great! HOWEVER, I upgraded to the motorized shades with remote and I was NOT sent the remote with the shades. I've ordered several times before with Select Blinds and never had this issue.
So, while I have the shades I have not been able to utilize them because I don't have a remote to do it.
I ended up having to put in a warranty claim for a missing part, which I did, and I was notified they'd be shipping the remote, and here it is several weeks later and the remote still hasn't arrived.
I will say this is not the norm for select blinds but this has been incredibly frustrating when you have 4 window shades you're not able to utilize.

After my purchase, I was told my blind would be delivered by the 19th, which was a couple of days before I was scheduled to leave for a 2 week vacation. When it was time to leave for my vacation, I called SelectBlinds to say that the blind had not arrived yet and I would not be there to inspect the blind when it arrived, so could I have an extension on the inspection period. I was told that I could have another 10 days to inspect the blind after I received it. The blind was delivered at some point while I was away, but I do not know which day. I opened the package and everything looks OK but it will take another two weeks, at least, for our handyman to install the blind. Until then I do not know if it was manufactured to my specifications. Hopefully all will be well. I like the design and color and my customer service experience was very good.
The ordering process was easy. I paid for the additional fit insurance and I'm so glad that I did. Something needed to be resized and the customer service experience was superb! I plan on using this company again as I need more blinds as part of a whole house remodel.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
